I have recently installed 2 of these - one in a Suzuki Swift and the other in a Fiesta. The screen is bright and gives a very clear image. Installation on the Swift was very straightforward, as the number plate is below the tailgate. The Fiesta was more fiddly, as the wires have to be fed around the tailgate and through into the car to reach the reversing light. Nevertheless, the work was worthwhile and my wife and daughter are very pleased with the result! Great support from Gigi in Customer Support to a query which was responded to very quickly. Excellent product.

Fitted this to my Berlingo van, simple to fit using the instructions. I decided to try it as a full time rear view camera by fitting the power lead to the side lights rather than the reversing light. Very clear picture for first 5 - 10 mins then interference lines across the screen. I’ll change it to the reversing light circuit and I’m sure it will be perfect. Great service from Joanne when I applied online to extend the warranty. Great value for the price.

Installed my camera today and it was as easy as I expected, I fitted it to a Mercedes vito with a tailgate so found the cable lengths a little difficult to work with but I just extended the power and ground and installed the rest in the door panel and ran the extended cable through all the framework down to the wiring loom of the lights. Signal to the screen is strong and comes on within a second or two and the picture quality is great, I've kept the guide lines on as they're definitely helpful I tested a couple of times with the red stop line and I end up around 60cm away from whatever I reverse up to, obviously this will mostly be different for people depending on where its mounted, vehicle height and angle of the camera etc. All in all I find it to be a real good product and at a fantastic price. Very happy.

This is the only model fit for A class,/ motorhomes/camper vans/towing jobs! Why because it's transmission power as we learnt by buying cheaper ,the signal Is useless,🥴.Less distortion from camera! Also. I wanted this product for 'all time' screening for motorway rear view,works brilliant but as for near view not so ,have asked to make available a different lens Service Lady Gigi has been so helpful with set up error in instructions 👍 She has kindly passed my comments to management for a modified camera. I bought the product and paid a local auto electrician to install. When I collected the car the image was reversed. I contacted Boscam and was informed that there was a toggle swich that controlled the orientation. Returning the car to the garage they charged more to remove the tailgate liner and fix the problem, however when I informed Joanne at Boscam she immediately arranged a creditwithout fuss She also updated the fitting instructions to prevent further issues. Given previous experience with other suppliers I was to say the least very pleasantly surprise. As to the product it does what it says without any interference and appears very good quality, for the price, can't fault the product or supplier. I would be happy to reccommend to any potential purchaser

I bought this to fit to my caravan, in February. However I did not manage to carry out the work until October.Finally, when I had the opportunity. I unpacked and set up the camera, prior to actually carrying out the installation, which was a good idea as the screen just flashed on, then nothing. I tried it in both my cars, but got the same results. So it was returned for credit, and I bought a UZONE magnetic wireless camera, which works with my IPhone.

La cámara no es tan fácil de instalar, pero está mejor que otros con cables. El transmisor ayuda mucho con la instalación y funciona bastante bien. Lo único que faltaría es el sonido al acercarse a un objeto.

Ich habe eine alte defekte Rückfahrkamera ausgetauscht. Insgesamt gefällt mir das neue Produkt gut, besonders eben für diesen attraktiven Preis, wir wollten nicht sehr viel investieren. Die Installation war bei mir etwas komplexer, da ich schlecht hinter die Verkleidungen kam und mit einigen "Zwischenbohrungen" arbeiten musste, das wiederum hat mich ca. 2 Std. gekostet, um das Kamera-Kabel an Blumendrähten zur Rückleuchte zu ziehen, von dort konnte ich das Monitorkabel nach innen zur Sendeeinheit in den Aufbau legen und von dort auch das Stromkabel zur Rückfahrleuchte nach außen legen. Die alte drahtlose Sendeeinheit war außen in einer Plastiktüte hinter der Stoßstange montiert, ging ebenfalls viele Jahre gut. Für meinen Installations-Mehraufwand kann die Kamera natürlich nichts... :-)) Da für meine Art der Installation das Kamerakabel etwas kurz war, musste ich die Kamera etwas außermittig montieren, das passt aber auch. Die Bildqualität ist vernünftig (vermutlich auch, weil die Sendeeinheit im Inneren meines Wohnmobils sitzt) und völlig ausreichend. Die Monitor-Halterung habe ich am Sockel angebohrt und angeschraubt, da ich von Saugnäpfen nichts halte, das funktioniert bei meinem alten Ducato ganz gut am Armaturen-/Klemmbrett. Ich habe die Stromversorgung für den Sender an der weißen Rückfahrleuchte angeklemmt (Kabel unter vorhandene Kabelschuhe geschoben), jedes Mal, wenn ich den Rückwärtsgang einlege, bekommt der Sender Strom, sendet und der Monitor schaltet sich automatisch ein. Den Monitor habe ich der Einfachheit halber an den Zigarettenanzünder angeschlossen, das lange Kabel konnte ich aufgewickelt unter meiner Klemmbrett-Klappe im Ducato verstecken. Passt alles bestens! Die Einpark-Führungslinien (grün/gelb/rot) sind schmaler angeordnet, als mein Fahrzeug breit ist, daher nur zur Orientierung zu verwenden. Eine Anpassung des Abstandes dieser Linien im Menü der Monitor-Einstellung konnte ich nicht finden, aber auch das ist kein Problem. Die Nachtsichteigenschaft konnte ich noch nicht testen, das würde ich nachreichen, falls hier etwas Überraschendes vorkommen sollte. Das Gleiche gilt für den Langzeiteinsatz der Kamera, sie sollte jetzt erst mal ein paar Jahre funktionieren. Alles in allem eine feine Einheit, ich bin zufrieden und kann sie empfehlen!

Na monteren geen goed signaal en plaats aangepast. Werkte net niet goed genoeg voor achterop de caravan, beeld soms onstabiel. Na 1 jaar vervangen voor ander systeem. Zal waarschijnlijk wel werken op een auto met zender in de kofferbak.
