**Q: Can this be used with a salt water system?**
A: I use it with my salt water spa, never had any issues.

**Q: If it's in stock and listed as a prime item why does shipping take a week???**
A: Hi Mary, If you are an Amazon Prime Member and the item is in stock it should normally arrive in two business days. Did it say it would be a week some where or are you referring to an order you placed?

**Q: Do i have to remove the filter before adding? And is it bromine safe ?**
A: Yes it is bromine safe and you do not have to remove the filters but do not overdose as it can cloud the hot tub

**Q: Is this a product able to do a lasting job or one that has to be applied before each time spa is used**
A: Does not need each time.   How often you add will be determined on how often and how many are using your hot tub.    Works immediately though.
