Part 2: Building influence. Part 3: Overcoming resistance and objections. While it does seem to be an excellent book about becoming more influential, it’s not at all what I was expecting. There’s something about these reviews that doesn’t feel right - many are too ‘samey’ and don’t relate to the actual content. I do wonder about this.

Unfortunately an extremely surface level 'self help' like you find with a quick google search. Barely any page is actually written properly just a series of bullet points and basic paragraphs. Its a very large font and very thin. Returned.

This could save a lot of marriages, due to people fighting and arguing, I think that people who have an effective communication would do better in marriages and relationships. Being a survivor of abuse, The author gave a lot of good suggestions for being an effective communicator. It really helped me to see some things I could have done when I was married to someone, and they wouldn't listen to me when I had something to say. He didn't respect me. I feel this book was a great read, and excellent self-help book. This book was a great read, full of knowledge that I am glad I know now. It would have been great if I had known it before. I am glad I got to read this. It really helps. I would give this a 5-star rating!
