Pull up Bands Resistance Bands Set Workout Exercise Loop Bands 5 Levels for Powerlifting, Muscle Strength, Pilates Resistance Training

Bought these mainly for stretching, pull-up assistance, and home workouts, and they’ve been useful so far. The different resistance levels make it easier to progress gradually or switch bands depending on the exercise. The bands feel strong enough during use and don’t feel overly flimsy when stretched. I’ve mostly used them for shoulder exercises, assisted pull-ups, and general mobility work. The downside is that the lighter bands can sometimes roll or twist during certain exercises, especially around the legs. There’s also a slight rubber smell when first opened, although it fades after a while. Good set if you want something versatile for home workouts, stretching, or strength training without taking up much space.

Good. For some reason they are sticky leaving hands dirty. I had to wash them with soap water before use.

I’ve not used Bands before. This is Well made at a good price. Provides a good home workout . Comes with a carry bag that’s handy .

Only used the yellow one so far for shoulder rehab. Seem very good quality so far.

Very good range of resistance levels

Je l’utilise pour du renforcement musculaire. Après plus d’une semaine d’utilisation quotidienne j’en suis très satisfait. Semble robuste dans le temps. Permet de faire pas mal d’exercices sur tous les groupes musculaires.

Extremely stretchy, durable with appropriate resistance but I didn't receive the carry bag and manual. I've been using it for pull-up assists and bicep curls. It gets the job done unlike the cheap bands which either loose their resistance or tear apart. I'll update the review as time goes by

Ich bin mit den POWER GUIDANCE Widerstandsbändern sehr zufrieden. Die Bänder machen einen hochwertigen und stabilen Eindruck und bieten je nach Band einen unterschiedlichen Widerstand, sodass sie sich für viele Übungen eignen. Egal ob Krafttraining, Mobilisation oder Dehnübungen – sie sind vielseitig einsetzbar. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass sie wenig Platz benötigen und sich problemlos überallhin mitnehmen lassen. Die Verarbeitung wirkt robust und auch nach mehreren Trainingseinheiten zeigen die Bänder keine Abnutzungserscheinungen. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die ihr Training zu Hause oder unterwegs effektiv ergänzen möchten.

These straps are great! Originally bought them for use with a pull-up bar, but they’re incredibly versatile and now using them for a whole range of isolation exercises as well. Quality is excellent and easy to combine to get a whole range of assistance and/or resistance. Never thought I needed them before and now they’re some of my favourite equipment to use. Strongly recommended.
