⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product & Outstanding Customer Service I purchased the Waterdrop Mega Instant Electric Water Filter Jug (6L), but unfortunately the first unit I received was not working. I contacted Waterdrop customer support Executive Harper,and I was very impressed with their response. They issued a replacement unit very quickly, and on top of that, they included two extra filters absolutely free. The new unit works perfectly. The water tastes clean, fresh, and clear, with no bad smell or chlorine taste. It gives real confidence knowing it helps reduce lead, mercury, PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, and other impurities. The product itself is very useful for daily use, and the customer service is excellent, fast, and professional. Because of both the product quality and the support I received, I strongly recommend Waterdrop to anyone looking for a reliable water filter system.

This is by far the best water filter system I have bought. My grandson is terrible for not drinking and now I can’t stop him !!! I have peace of mind that the water we now drink is clean and clear of all those nasty hidden impurities that you can’t see but taste. The water tastes amazing !!! A very print delivery, so easy to set up ( literally a few minutes ) and looks great on my worktop counter. The navy colour looks almost black, fits in well with a modern kitchen . So easy to operate and you can see the led indicator very easily without having to wear my glasses !!!! I would highly recommend this product

Product is good, looks great and gives clear water with no odour etc. Only 4 * due to it being dark and you can't really see the water level

I’ve been using the Waterdrop dispenser for a few months and really like it. It’s easy to use and the water tastes great. I had a small issue with my unit and reached out to customer support, and Harper was incredible from start to finish. They replied quickly, explained everything clearly, and sorted it all out straight away. They even sent some extra filters as a gift, which was such a nice touch. It’s rare to see customer service this good. The product itself is brilliant, and the support team clearly cares about their customers. Thanks again to Harper for all the help!

Have persevered wirh this filter thinking it was me taking a while to learn how to use it but it’s rubbish. Water dribbles out so takes ages to fill a small glass. Lights constantly error and have to reset it. You can’t get hold of customer support to help. Really bad product wirh really bad service. If I could have fot hold of them I would have returned it!

The size is great, perfect for the fridge and it does the job well, but damn if the water filters aren't a pain in the neck to change. You really have to put a lot of force into it. The trick is to push it up, then squeeze the sides while it's at the top, and then pull down - but it took so long to figure that out. I don't recommend anyone gets this for their Grandma. This is a known thing, their YouTube video comments for how to change the filter is filled with people with the same issue.

Estoy encantada con ella💝. Por fin, un agua del grifo sin ese olor a cloro. Compré la de 6 litros, porque bebemos bastante y por lo de que los filtros, duran 3 meses. Pero eso, depende del agua. En mi zona, en otro pueblo cercano, a una amiga, le duraban los filtros 15 días( pero otra jarra, no esta marca). Aquí hay muchísima cal. Mi vecino bebe directo de grifo y está sano, y yo con piedritas en riñón bebiendo embotellada🤣🤣🤣💃. Pero, el ahorro de botellas, viajes y plástico contaminante, no tiene precio. Me gusta mucho el sabor y noto que me sienta muy bien. Realmente, nos hinchamos a microplásticos. Además, comentan por aquí, que con botella grande cuesta llenarla. Tengo unos embudos pequeños, o la pongo al borde de la superficie donde está, no veo problema🤷‍♀️.

Trop géniale . Oh top l’eau n’a pas de goût et ça filtre très bien . J’espère que cela va continuer mais grâce à ce distributeur d’eau je n’achète plus de bouteilles plastiques . Un grand bravo et merci
