I exercise with these in my Swim Spa daily. They’re well crafted and they work. I recommend these for everybody to use in the water.

I couldn't understand how foam could be useful as exercise weights. This are definitely worth it. They provide the resistance you need to get your daily exercise in.

These were bought for my aqua aerobic class- they are a good quality however the bands around them are not ideal as they keep sliding off as they get slack. The waist band dies bit hold tightly as well and floats up to your upper back when it should sit on the waist. I would use regular elastic strips to tie around the ankles and to tighten the belt around the waist. The material also get sought of slimy after coming out of the chlorine pool however there is no smell and I am Still able to use for my workouts.

Bought these products because I saw them at my gym. I skeptical if they would but they proved my wrong. The dumbbells are a great workout. The ankle weights are a little big for my ankles and tend to ride up my leg but still work great. I definitely feel the burn.

The right pool equipment was found online at Amazon . We have used these every day for two summers , and they are still in brand new shape. The arm bars are excellent for keeping the arms and legs moving, shaping; the waist shaper provides support, toning, tightness; and the weights are useful for the variety of leg, arm exercises that we found online to implement this pool equipment. This brand , product, was well worth it , so we bought another set.

These are easy to put together. They seem light weight but offer quite a bit of resistance for a good work out in the pool.

Love these are they match my bogg bag. Great for water aerobics class.

My mom loves it. My only issue with it is there was no information on assembly, witch was very little. There was no kind of " generic work outs" or how to use the equipment. If someone doesn't know about working out or trying something they have never done then it probably would be returned. I've worked out and worked manuel laber my whole life. So I/we got it figured out.
