it will fit machines 21" wide by 12" deep. Be sure to include any electical plug ins or other attachments that will stay on when moving machine to storage position

can an Epic Emboidery Machine work on this?

I have a viking embroidery and its fine.

Where did you buy the lift mechanism?

I've never bought the lift mechanism. The designer of the plan does provide a shop list on the plan. Rockler would be a good place to start.
