These work well and get very bright. More than enough to light up my room. In fact I usually don’t turn the brightness up more than 50% unless I’m doing something where more light is useful.These were easy to install (it’s like any normal light bulb) and set up. I will note that these are picky and won’t connect to 5Ghz WiFi. These will also connect to your phone via Bluetooth in the app, without the need to be connected to WiFi.I enjoy the ability to adjust the color temperature, brightness, and sometimes the color for fun. Using these with the app or Alexa is pretty smooth as well. The app is well built too. I’ve been using Govee products for years and have zero complaints about the app.The only thing that bothers me is the lack of being able to use the physical light switch. I know Govee offers buttons and switches and I might give one of those products a try at some point. For now I either ask Alexa or if I want to turn them on and don’t feel like talking I’ll just flick the light switch off and on. They will turn on after a second or two and whatever they were set to last is preserved.I guess one other thing that bothers me (very little) is the latency between changing a setting and the bulb(s) taking effect. It is likely just my internet connection and it varies quite a bit from half a second to 5 seconds at worst, but rarely that bad.I should also note that the two bulbs function completely independently of each other, but can easily be put in a group in the app (and I think on Alexa if that’s more your thing) to function as one. They do occasionally get a bit out of sync when you change the color/brightness/on/off using the group - if you turn off the group, one might turn off and then the other will turn off a second or two later. It doesn’t bother me at all though.Overall good product that works without issues.

Impressed with the brightness of these smart bulbs, it pairs easily with android and apple phones. The app feature plenty of features to set the light color based on plenty of presets. There is option to create your own presets as well. I liked the inbuilt mode which changes the color based on sound changes (great for house parties).

I prefer Govee lights. They are typically a little more expensive, but they are often brighter, and the colors are richer. I've never had issues with intermittent connectivity, as I have with other brands.

Really nice lightbulbs! I previously had Bluetooth lightbulbs from Govee before that were 800 lumens and I liked them a lot, but I recently got a new lamp that didn't allow for as much light to filter through as my previous lamp. I decided to get these because they're 1200 lumens and there's definitely a difference in brightness. The connectivity was easy and I had no issues, and the colors look great and fun. I definitely love having color changing lights in my room. I will say that I have noticed these bulbs do produce a significant amount of heat, but it's no different than the other bulb from Govee I've had for years and never had a problem with it before. Definitely recommend!

I decided to standardize on Govee products for home automation due to the selection available and how pleased I was with the previous version of these smart bulbs. For the most part, it's worked out pretty well and the bulbs I had have all been put to use, so I decided to get some of these new ones. I ordered two and put them in my living room's three-bulb overhead light, which positions the bulbs a few feet apart making them easy to compare.The new bulbs are notably brighter than the older version in the center. The older bulbs are only a few months old so the claimed lumen increase seems to be legit. The controls in the app are exactly the same so no changes are required other than the usual pairing and assignment to groups. The colors look more accurate to the selected color in the app than the old bulb, which is especially noticeable with reds and yellows. I just swept through the color bar and they really stood out in those sections.Recommended. Another solid smart light bulb from Govee. From a pure money standpoint, I can't say that the difference is worth replacing any old Govee bulbs, nor is it really worth spending more money to get these if you can get the older version significantly cheaper. In and of themselves, however, these are great smart bulbs and well worth having.

These bulbs have quickly become one of my favorite smart home upgrades. The colors are vibrant, the whites are clean, and the brightness easily lights up a whole room. Setup was simple and the Govee app makes changing colors and brightness levels quick and smooth. It was super easy to connect and I’ve had no issues!I love being able to set the mood with just my voice or a tap on my phone. Whether I want bright light for working or soft warm tones for relaxing, these bulbs make it happen instantly. They respond fast, look great, and have been completely reliable.

The bulbs are just as described. Being a bit older I did find it a bit tricky to get them up and running However the instructions are first rate and easy to understand. Very happy with all the different scenes and color combinations that are available. Being able to pick just one color is great too.I do like these bulbs and the app to control them. I currently use the Google Home app but I will be trying Alexa when I get a chance to sit and work with them. The Google Home app is easy to set up with these bulbs and does a good job at control with them.Get two or three and link them together and have some fun.

I absolutely love the brightness on these vs the Amazon Basic Smart Bulb (not that they’re bad I just like brighter lights and more saturation in color). I was very impressed by these. Easy setup, bright colors and lights. Cool syncing for music or making your own light shows. Highly recommend these and they’re not that expensive.

Govee is solid brand with solid products and I highly recommend them for the price. These bulbs are bright, easy to set-up, and work seamlessly with google home. They work well with my other Govee products like the TV Dreamview sync and I could not be happier.Highly recommend
