I now have two of these. One in the car and one at home. My vertebrae are very old and the X-rays look like a Jenga game. Sitting for a long time is miserable and standing is impossible. This pillow is a blessing and provides needed lumbar support for long drives or sitting or laying down. Just firm enough and provides that extra support when I need it. Makes up for having a hard chair or a long wait. My back is grateful.

This lumbar support pillow is just what I needed! I have herniated disks and stenosis in my lower back. I watch TV and read in a recliner. Recently, my back was hurting more than usual when I got up. I have had it for almost one month and it has made a difference. It is soft, but firm. My back feels so much better now.

I wanted to leave a 5 star review, because this pillow helped my back tremendously. I've had lower back pain off and on for a few months, I noticed immediately the relief from the support I felt using the pillow. With that being said, the pillow smells HORRIBLE & I'm usually not sensitive to smells.

I regret not buying sooner. It really helped my back. I needed something to support the small of my back as I have noticed I’m beginning to have some aches. This just hits the spot.

I was very skeptical, but also very desperate for some type of support & pain relief for my lower back. I am extremely happy that I purchased this! Obviously, I’ve also gone to my doctor and have been doing my stretches, excersise, etc., but this has been a wonderful help. I am not in pain as I type this, so that’s good enough for me. If you can afford to give it a try, please do! The only way I can think to improve this would be to add a clip-on strap in order to secure it around a chair.

It is not as thick or soft as the one I used to use, but it is shaped right for the lumbar region. The fabric is stiff and scratchy, so it must be used while dressed.

I found the pillow very good for lower back especially when sitting on a soft couch. It gives good support. Good quality and happy with purchase.
