I picked up the PDP Riffmaster Wireless Guitar Controller for my Xbox Series X, and it’s been awesome for playing Rock Band 4 and Fortnite Festival.What I like:Easy wireless setup — connects quickly with the included USB dongle, no lag at all.Long battery life — up to 36 hours per charge with USB-C fast charging included.Comfortable design — lightweight, fits well in the hands, and the foldable neck makes it easy to store.Analog stick and audio jack — perfect for volume control and private listening during gameplay.Responsive buttons and strum bar — makes playing smooth and fun.What could be better:The tilt sensor for activating Overdrive takes some getting used to.Button layout is similar to Rock Band 4, so there might be a short learning curve if you’re used to other controllers.Overall, this is the best wireless guitar controller I’ve used on Xbox — solid build, great battery life, and excellent gameplay. Highly recommend for rhythm game fans!

This guitar is excellent really well made and looks stylish. Works perfectly with rock band 4 and was a pure nostalgia trip as soon as I loaded up the game. I've not played in years but after a few song muscle memory kicked in and I was hitting the notes with ease. I'm so glad that in 2025 that I can now play a game I've been fond of fond of for many years. Music rythem games did fall out fashion for a while but if anything is going to bring them back they need a guitar like this. Love the fact it's silent when strumming so I can play late into the night without annoying anyone else it the house. All I can say is if you have been looking to relive the good old days of your youth rocking out then this is the controller to get. 100% worth every penny.

I bought this specifically to play Clone Hero and whilst you are required to install additional software (that being RB4InstruementMapper and ViGEmBus) for this peripheral to work, they are easy to use and requires no configuration. The Clone Hero wiki provides a simple and easy to follow guide. Between connecting the Riffmaster to my PC, downloading the software and selecting the emulation mode, the whole process took less than five minutes and I was ready to play.The price is a bit on the high end, hence the 4 stars, I do not think I would have paid the full price for this but as this is my first guitar controller I have nothing to compare it to. The guitar itself has the perfect weight, controls feel responsive, and I've yet to have any connection issues. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product.

Got that nostalgic feeling with rock band or guitar hero, it's 2025 and think ugh those days having fun, well no more waiting if you upgraded to an Xbox one / X / PS4/ PS5, very well made guitar and works great with clone hero (Xbox version only)

Rockband guitar but better. Improved playing, wireless, rechargeable battery fitted in. No more second hand ones, so glad they made these. Probably be a good investment too, if you're an old school guitar hero rockband player you would understand.

You get what you pay for. The quality is very good and the fact it folds up is a nice bonus for storing or transporting.The controller seems very responsive if only I was better at the games!
