While it will not fully hold a 16 x 20 diamond painting, it does work with some moving around. I was able to set the colors and the brightness where I could see the letters and symbols clearly without needing to have a top light like a flash light to help compensate for the bright white of the cheaper boards. Yes, this board does cost a bit more, but its worth it. If ypu dont like tje buttons on the top of the board, you can either spend 5.99 on two caps or spend a bit more to have the model with the buttons on the side. As to quality, clarity, and the ability to keep on dotting even if tje power goes out, you wont go wrong with this board.

I use this for tracing embroidery projects and it's great. I love the different lighting options and the stand built into the back. Its a great size too. Well worth the money. Weight wise it isn't super heavy either.

Great for Architecture I love the color changes, the distribution of light though the entire board, so easy to use. Light, perfect size for large architecture drafts. Great board

UPDATE: The new one came in and works great! Still doesn’t stay charged up for long but I found you are able to use it when it’s plugged in. On average, works for about 2-3 hours before the battery runs out. Be careful when charging it. You can feel the back panel by the battery heat up quite a bit when charging it if it’s lying flat. I recommend propping it up to charge. —————————————— Original review: So far, I’m not impressed. It worked great the first day, then on the second day, it kept shutting itself off every 5-6 seconds. I looked at some of the other reviews that said it only holds charge 1-2 hours, so I tried fully charging it again. Same thing. Wouldn’t stay turned on, no matter what light setting it was on. I’ve requested a replacement so I’ll update my review once I’ve had a chance to try it. For the positives, the multiple light settings are great! I was able to see the numbers and letters on my diamond painting well. The stand is a bit flimsy feeling, but held it well and has really good angles. It’s nice and light, so easily portable if you want to take it somewhere. Hopefully the replacement works better.

Love, love love! Makes doing dot art a lot easier on the eyes. One of the benefits is you can change the light to bright or dim. Charge last a long time

I was afraid that this product would not be bright enough to use for copying from my 140lb watercolor paper to another 140lb watercolor paper, but it works! Yes, the paper is heavy, but I can still see the outlines well enough to make many copies for my watercolor class students. Love the stand in the back, and the product is so lightweight but very sturdy. Well made!

This is working nicely for me. The only downside I see is charging it - the light is hard to see to figure out if it’s totally charged. Otherwise I love it so far.

I have only had my light board since August and today it just went off and now only flickers when you try to power it on. It was fully charged and never got hot.

This turned out to be an awesome choice. It works as it should, wirelessly or plugged in, with different brightnesses. It has a slim profile so it’s close to the table, there’s no lip on top, it’s just smooth. And the clip also has a small profile so it’s not interrupting (I’m actually glad I chose the clip over the magnet style. Came with pages you can trace. I printed images off of my own. Bought this to help my kid practice pencil control and work on precision to hopefully aid his writing without feeling like homework. He loved it. Played for hours.

Great for the price. Nice and bright light. USB-c connection is a plus. The edges are magnetic and seems to hold decently with the included magnets. I kind of wish the entire work surface was magnetic but it’s still great for the price.

Funciona perfectamente, la batería dura unas 8 horas y es muy cómodo y practico para lo que yo uso que es Diamond painting. Por poner un pero, le falta algún enganche más para el lienzo porque sólo trae uno

Sorry Christmas gift for young relative so do not know if the light box for tracing is a quality item but appeared to be solid and well packaged.
