I keep one of these in my car and one in my bag at all times. They are really great for stress, relief and calm. I experience anxiety and try to use breath work to curb my anxiety and these have been a great addition to that breath work. The smell is delightful and not overwhelming. I would definitely recommend these for anyone to have in their car or desk or even on your night table. I typically take two big breaths one in each nostril. I feel calm almost immediately. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using this product, and I really loved it. At bedtime, I inhale a little through each nostril and it has a very calming, relaxing effect. Easy to use and a good value.

I am in my menopause era and unable to take HRT’s so I was desperately looking for anything that would relieve stress even for a moment, and to my surprise this stuff works!!!!! I don’t know how it works and frankly, I don’t CARE! 1000% will be buying this again and buying it for friends and family!

Very disappointed in this product. I hoped it would give some relief from anxiety but it didn’t. The lavender scent is too strong for me. The tube you inhale from is quite small and as I inhale I take in a lot of air which lessens the effect of the ingredients. So I’m still taking anti anxiety meds while looking for a treatment that works for me

Relaxing. Not sure it subsides my vertigo but at least makes me feel better! Love the smell
