TheraICE Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap PRO, Rotator Cuff Brace Compression Sleeve

I love this ice pack. Its super easy to use feels great. Its perfect for me. The only issues I see are that it never gets SUPER cold, however it stays cold for quite a while. I just adjust and leave it on 10 more minutes and I put it directly on my skin. The material is really nice, strap is usual material, but not uncomfortable. Im a 6'1 and 196 pound who was an athlete all my life and it feels perfect. The reason I bring that up is that I think that some of the smaller or older folks, may find this a tad on the heavy side. Imo the weight helps keep that cold pressed up nicely against you. I Def recommend this. My shoulder dimensions were 1 inch over the max and I have zero issues with tightness or feeling like it doesn't fit. Its not the smallest ice pack either obviously, but it fits pretty easily because its flat. Def happy and wish I had had this years ago. Ive already told my friends about it and my Airrosti practitioner. Sincerely, it has made a difference in my life and I hope it does to yours too. Oh, and you kind of look like a gladiator. Bonus!! lol. 😆 🤣

Fits perfect, high quality, durable, stays cold. I have 2 items from TheraICE (elbow and shoulder ice packs) and an more than satisfied. Stays in place and provides me with the relief I need so I can sleep.

This Gel-ice sleeve is absolutely Fantastic and it's about the exact same thickness and weight of the sleeve I've been using at my Physical Therapy place for my Fractured Shoulder. It cools quickly in the freezer and provides easily ~20-25 minutes of COLD Therapy! And... TheraICE backs up their product. I noticed some of the stitching coming undone in about a 1" section. They immediately advised that they would send out a replacement sleeve. The sleeve covers the entire shoulder, front to back and most of the bicep area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing this type of Therapy! UPDATE! I received my replacement sleeve this week. Again, with NO questions asked! Their customer service is beyond outstanding!!!

No more sitting around icing the shoulder or choosing not to ice it at all! I've been working on some shoulder rehab with exercises at home and icing it was such a chore. I already spent 45 minutes on PT and now I have to sit still with an ice pack on my shoulder for 15 more? This wraps around the upper arm, shoulder and chest so comfortably and ices the areas really well. I wish the gel went further down the arm because I'm definitely feeling some kind of bicep tendon pain in addition to the impingement pain and it would be nice for that part of the wrap to stay colder. But, it's a great pack for the shoulder, especially the back of the shoulder where it stays in place, and most importantly stays cold for the duration of the cold therapy. The bag you're supposed to freeze it in and with the instructions printed on it is a little flimsy. I see a quart sized freezer bag in its future. If not for the lack of gel all the way down the arm sleeve and lack of a durable storage bag, this would be 5 stars. Overall, a great addition to the tools I need for good shoulder health.

This is a very effective ice pack. It covers the entire shoulder and surrounding area. I've been using it now for over a year and it still works very well! It is soft, comfortable, and cold cold cold!

I cools well but it’s so big and heavy-hard to handle with one hand after shoulder surgery. If you’re a small framed woman, it will be big for you.

Great product. Offers pain relief as well as fits perfectly on the shoulder. Stays cold for just the right amount of time.

This is really great, easy to use. Gets cold quickly. I need help putting it on, and it is heavy - and when your shoulder is already hurting the extra weight isn’t great.. but the cold lasts a long time. Highly recommend
