These tea bags are currently at a great price at only 0.06c a bag/$16.33 per 240 box. I ordered 2 boxes of 240 tea bags and they both arrived intact with the boxes sealed/wrapped in cellophane. They have a nice long expiry date of September 2027 although I know I will consume these well before that date. I have drunk plain black tea all my life and I have to say hands down this is the best tea for taste and quality. I used to drink another brand until they changed the amount of tea leaves they had in each tea bag which affected the taste. Yorkshire tea still have the same amount of tea leaves in their tea bags so that it makes a nice strong smooth cuppa. I drink my tea the traditional British way hot with a dash of milk. It is worth knowing that drinking it this way does have a fair bit of caffeine in it. I highly recommend this brand for a lovely strong tasty cup of tea.

Need a cuppa in the afternoon (or anytime)? Yorkshire Tea is what you need. This incredible tea blend is the next best thing to having a cuppa across the Pond. Brew it strong and add milk for the true English tea time experience. Cheers!

I love this tea! It is smooth and brews up strong, with no bite or bad taste. I always use a 12-ounce cup, and one tea bag is enough to brew a decent cup of tea. If you were really thrifty, I am sure you could get a couple of cups from one tea bag, although I have never tried. Some folks might cringe, but I usually just throw a tea bag into a cup of water and nuke it. With the Yorkshire, I boil the water in the microwave first, and then toss in the tea bag and let it brew. It's great with milk and a sweetener!

This review is from the perspective of somebody that isn't a tea connoisseur, nor have I had extensive exposure to teas. I'm not even British. All I know is that when I visited London, it changed my perspective on having a cup of tea, and I really enjoyed the hearty taste of the tea I drank over there. I decided to try to find the closest thing to what I drank over there, and I think this was the closest, if not the same. I got both the Red and the Gold teas, and I found that I tend to prefer the Red most of the time. The gold was a little maltier, almost like Twinings Irish Breakfast tea. I found that the Red is a tiny bit drier in flavor, and goes really well with milk and sugar. The Gold is also good, but just has a slightly different flavor profile. I feel like I would prefer to drink Gold in the evenings for some reason. I think it's important to note that these teabags are bigger and contain more tea than Twining's teabags. I generally drink my tea and coffee out of an old 6oz diner cup, and while the English Breakfast bags steep perfectly at 5 mins in 6oz of water, these bags tend to be a bit too powerful for a cup that small. I usually have to prepare the tea in my kettle, or use a larger mug. If you use normal-sized mugs, you'll find that this tea is much stronger and more flavorful than the standard black teas you buy at the store in the US. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this tea. It's a lot bolder and drier than most of the tea you're probably used to, but it's pretty smooth and doesn't have an aftertaste like a lot of the bagged teas you buy (looking at you, Lipton). If you want something less bold, I would suggest going with Twining's Everyday or English Breakfast, both of which I think are great teas, just not as bold as the Taylor's bags.

Un thé de qualité que j'utilise depuis de nombreuses années et que je suis contente d'avoir trouvé sur Amazon. On peut gérer sa puissance et jouant sur le temps d'infusion. Neutre tout en ayant un goût "anglais" subtil et peut se marier par exemple avec de la menthe.

Ich komme aus einem Land, in dem überwiegend schwarzer Tee getrunken wird. Ich habe mein ganzes Leben Tee getrunken und kann ich mir ein Urteil erlauben. 😎 Der Yorkshire ist ein kräftiger Tee aber nicht aufdringlich. Der Geschmack ist rund und sauber. Ich kann den Tee von Yorkshire von 5 bis 10 Minuten ziehen lassen. Bei 10 Minuten ist der Geschmack sehr intensiv aber immer noch gut und genießbar. Das ist eigentlich ein Zeichen für guten Schwarztee! Guter Schwarztee kann man bis 10 Minuten ziehen lassen! Er wird natürlich stärker aber nicht übergekocht und der Geschmack ist noch genießbar. So wird Schwarztee gezogen, wenn man viele Gäste hat. Den Tee länger ziehen lassen um eine Kanne starken Tee zu haben und je nach Wunsch mit heißem Wasser mischen und servieren! Die billige Schwarztee werden beim Ziehen über 5 Minuten scheußlich schmecken. Als meine Eltern bei uns zu Besuch waren habe ich diesen Tee von Yorkshire vorbereitet. Sie waren sehr positiv überrascht und haben gefragt welcher Tee das ist! Sie haben den gelobt und das soll was heißen, wir machen niemandem und nichts ein Kompliment 😂 Der Preis (pro Teebeutel) ist unschlagbar. Das ist der beste Schwarztee im Beutel, den ich getrunken habe. Nur loser Schwarztee kann ihn übertreffen. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

I Love my tea in the morning nice and strong. Yorkshire Tea fits the bill perfectly. It is delicious made strong.
