I have an old shoulder injury that occasionally flares up. Ice and ibuprofen generally talked care of it, but it's a huge pain in the ass to keep ice on my shoulder. This thing is magical! The ice stays right on my shoulder joint where I need it and knocked a couple of days off of my recovery time. I can't recommend it enough.

Works well. Not confined to chair to keep it in place. Nice to have freedom to walk around. Stays cold 》20min. Came in handy after shoulder surgery. It does sweat as it thaws. Just keep small towel handy.

My wife loves the fit however the only complaint she has is that as it melts it sweats and drips water all over the place.

It's a good item, but the cold goes away too fast... in about 15 minutes it no longer feels cold.
