Tribit XSound Plus 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker, 30W, IPX7, 24H Playtime

After a couple of months use. A speaker with crystal clear audio for music and movies that goes satisfyingly loud for its size without distortion. The battery lasts ages and you can just pick it up and take it with you. I set the EQ in the app to bass off, bass on and another reviewers beast mode. Now the 3 settings are stored in the speaker and I don't need the app anymore. Having 2 of these the TWS mode works great and adds a real extra quality to the sound. Using 2 of these for a movie on netflix means you'll probably never use your tablet or phone speakers again. (I highly recommend this) But this is still a 5 star speaker if you just get 1. Once paired once as soon as you switch them both on they pair automatically and tell you which is left and right channel and with 1 click of a button they both switch to party mode and play the same instead of stereo. The EQ settings also sync so one press of the EQ button on either changes them both. Overall it's not supposed to replace a high end home audio system but for quality and versatility at this price I can't think of any negatives to say.

Huge sound from such a small form factor speaker, the device was easy to pair with both my phone and Amazon Echo. I was impressed to purchase another speaker so that I could pair them for stereo sound when outside for BBQ's etc, the speaker is stereo anyway unlike others which instead provide a pseudo stereo effect. Very well built, perhaps a little heavy compared to some, but feels sturdy and rugged. Pleased it also has an auxillery in port, meaning I can plug in another device, in my case an audio interface which is used in conjunction with my portable studio and midi recording setup. An SD card or usb port for playing music from a storage card would have been nice, but you can't have everything!

This is an incredible sound system. I have been a sound engineer and music producer so I think I have an idea what ‘good’ audio quality is. It is so small but so easy to carry round the house. I have only had it one day so can’t comment on it’s longevity. But I was so inspired I needed to get this review up.

Small, waterproof, no connection issues, great sound and bass for the size, fantastic battery life, solid build, has AUX 3.5 mm input jack and an app for additional settings & equalizer. Been my travel companion ever since I bought it.

The Tribit XSound Plus 2 has potential, but the stock sound really let me down. Bass without EQ is weak, flat and has no softness at all. And when you slightly boost the lows, it starts making that weird “knocking” noise, like someone knocking on a door instead of giving a clean punch. XBass doesn’t help either — the speaker hits its limits almost instantly. The highs are sharp enough to stab your ears, mids are ok, vocals sound also ok. it does get loud. What really saves this thing is the Android app. It’s packed with features, stable, and the EQ lets you squeeze decent sound out of it — but you really have to spend time tweaking. I love the option to save your own EQ profile — I use it constantly and it genuinely improves the experience. Huge plus for being able to disable auto‑off. On the previous model it drove me insane because the speaker kept shutting down too fast. Here it works perfectly. battery: No complaints at all. The battery is fantastic — it plays for a very long time and I barely think about charging it. Build quality is solid. I don’t need crazy dust or water resistance, so for me it’s totally fine. A few ideas that could seriously improve this speaker: - Bigger body and better acoustic design - a slightly longer, taller and deeper enclosure - two bigger mid‑bass drivers - angled for better stereo separation - plus two one‑inch tweeters for cleaner highs More EQ presets One preset is just not enough. A few more would make switching between genres much easier. Fix the bass the current bass distorts way too fast it lacks softness and control XBass doesn’t fix it you have to spend a lot of time in the EQ to make it sound right The speaker fires straight into your chest when it’s lying flat. A small adjustable stand would be great — right now I’m using shaped foam just to angle it toward my ears.

Battery lasts for HOURS. Sound quality is really good for its size. I have a couple of Bose portable speakers and I would be hard pushed to notice the difference even though this one is significantly cheaper than the Bose ones.. I've not had it on very loud yet as I use it in a college class, to play calming/gentle background music whilst the students are working .. and for that it works just great. It automatically switches itself off if it has no signal / input for a while (not sure how long it waits .. but it's simple to just switch on again and immediately pairs back up).

Rapport son poids/encombrement épatant. Jumeler c'est encore mieux. Pour écouter podcasts, tv, ou de la musique sans faire trembler les murs c'est le produit idéal. Les graves sont bien présentes grâce au petit subwoofer et aucune distorsion constatée. Seule l'application est à revoir, nulle et presque inutile. Je recommande ce produit qui respire la qualité

A qualidade do som desta pequena caixa é surpreendente. Fiquei desconfiado pelo preço (baixo) ao comparar com caixas de outras marcas na mesma categoria. Eu a utilizo em ambientes pequenos e a curta distância: meu pequeno escritório, cozinha e sala de jantar com volume baixo. Ouço diversos tipos de música, mas meu principal uso é com música "new age", etérea, para relaxamento e ou foco no trabalho e estudos (para evitar uso de fones de ouvido por muito tempo). E o som é sempre claro, sem ruídos de distorção. Ao ligar a caixa pela primeira vez fiquei surpreso com o "punch" dos graves e ao mesmo tempo a clareza do som. O aplicativo para uso no celular permite ajustes de equalização. Em diversas regulagens e variações de volume não encontrei distorções de som: a caixa tem som perfeito. O som é sempre muito nítido mesmo quando destaco no equalizador as frequências médias e agudas, a depender do som que eu estiver ouvindo. Não uso a caixa em volume máximo. Mesmo assim, com aproximadamente 75% do volume o sim já fica muito alto. Não uso a entrada auxiliar, não pretendo utilizá-la pareada com outra caixa para dar efeito estéreo. Mas estas funcionalidades estão lá disponíveis. Outra característica importante são as bolinhas antiderrapantes na parte inferior que funcionam bem. Nota 10 pra esta "pequena notável".

Impresionado con su sonido, he tenido de marcas muy reputadas y este he quedado impresionado por su calidad de soniso. Su bateria dura mucho. Muy buena compra y muy buena relación calidad precio.

Had eerder de maxsound plus. Hele goeie portable speaker. Nadeel waren alleen de bedieningsknoppen. Daarna ook xsound mega. Ook goed maar vrij zwaar en groot. En nu dus deze. Heb hem ge upgrade, maar nog geen eigen custimzed setting gemaakt. Formaat en gewicht is perfect om mee op reis te nemen. Geluid super. Bediening beter als de voorganger
