I started buying UltraGlass screen protectors since last year with the iPhone 14. I have bought screen protectors in the past and they are never edge to edge or scratch way to easily or are a mess to put on. I’ve never really had a problem to have to use the warranty until recently. I bought a set to use with the iPhone 15 Pro Max when I upgraded and they are excellent. I keep a minimal case on the phone, but have used without. I have dropped the phone and legit this protected my screen- the edges usually shatter but it keeps the phone looking great! I never used the warranty for my own damage. Until recently- I noticed that the glass was cracking from normal use so I emailed the company and got a response from Jenna. Extremely helpful and easy to use the warranty! They shipped out a new set and it came very quickly! They truly made is way with no hassle. Jenna made sure to follow up and make sure everything was ok.I got the replacement and they make it easy to apply with cleansing wipes and a plastic guide to ensure perfect placement. It came out perfect with out bubbles or anything stuck under the screen. The package comes with two full protectors and associated pieces- there is one orange applicator so be sure to save it for future use.For customer service alone this is def worth the buy. Thanks Jenna❤️ The glass itself hold up very well from scratches and is clear, and I’ve never had a problem with touch sensitivity like with some other brands. Cost of value is excellent!

This is the sturdiest glass I have ever encountered. Easy to install with the frame that is included. The 1st one even comes pre-loaded. (took a min to figure that out). My phone took a really bad tumble and the 1st screen projector did end up breaking, but more like a very deep scratch, I was expecting to find it totally broken.When I went to install the second, the "pulling" action wasn't as smooth and left a few air bubbles, which was disappointing since the first was crystal clear.I contacted customer support and they quickly replied with a few tips on to get the bubbles gone, including just waiting, and "the glue will absorb the bubble" with normal finger presses.Guess what, It's true!, I've never had a screen protector do that before.She also sent an additional screen anyways.I'll be buying all my screen protectors from UltraGlass from now on. Top notch glass. It’s easy to install and looks & feels premium. It’s definitely a plus that it comes with two too. I’ve had my protector on for 6 months so far and no issues. It’s easy to clean, and very clear. I did drop my phone because I forgot it was on my lap. No damage to the screen and the screen protector is cracked. However, I’m still using it with the crack. Haha. It’s holding up and isn’t peeling. I could put the new one on but I’ll wait until I actually need it because it isn’t that serious. Good product for sure! Best I’ve had so far. I’d definitely purchase it again

Used the screen protector for several months. I dropped my iPhone the other day from about hip height, and the screen protector cracked in the corner, but my iPhone was not damaged when I checked it. The screen protector definitely did its job. I emailed support, and they shipped me a new screen protector, and I received it the next business day.For the product, instructions are easy to follow. Overall very easy screen protector to install. Bubbles are easily removed with the included squeeze. Fits my iPhone 15 pro-Max perfectly. The screen protector does not lift even with a case (varies) on!

This screen protector is the easiest to install and looks perfect on my phone. Because of the little frame that holds the protector it is perfectly placed and dust free. You get two in the package too. It is perfectly clear and looks like nothing is on the phone. The glass is thick enough that I expect excellent durability. I can’t recommend this screen protector highly enough!

I purchased this as a replacement for a Z brand privacy screen protector for my 15 pro max. Not only could I not see my screen to take outdoor prom photos due to the tint, the Z screen protector cracked within days of installation. It was going to cost another $15 for a warranty replacement, so I decided to cut my losses and try the Ultra Glass brand.I cannot believe how easy this protector was to install, and the edge is virtually seamless. I watched the video a few times to make sure I was installing correctly, and it worked perfectly! No fingerprints, no lint, and only 2 tiny long bubbles at the very top edge which smoothed out just from a light pressure with the microfiber cloth.I was amazed that 2 protectors come in a box with instructions for setting up the application of the original AND second screen! The only improvement I can suggest is a glare-free option. Very pleased with this purchase. We’ll see how it holds up!

Installation was super easy with the included plastic tool, minimal bubbles that were easily squeeged out. Has the smallest gap to the edge of the phone I’ve seen, but its not quite perfect. Still great! Wish it curved a little bit on the edges though, it’s still a flat screen protector. Highly recommend overall!

Not very durable , it does not feel like 9H hardness.Only had the item for a month plus and there was an indented crack . I did not drop it or did anything that would have made me panic and checked my phone for damage, it was perfectly fine one moment and the next this crack appeared without warning.I was trying to register my item for UltraGlass warranty and was informed by UltraGlass customer service that as this is an unofficial reseller, they do not recognise the order ID.Also, UltraGlass informed me they do not do returns outside of US.I liked how smooth the screen felt.. but quite a pity that it's quite fragile.

I am impressed. The design of the applicator is so simple, it is *genius* and finally offers a way to avoid getting dust and debris under the screen in that short time between peeling the backing off and aligning the protector or frame with your phone - well done!So far the protector itself seems great - good fit, accurate cut outs and almost edge to edge coverage. Coverage might be too full for some screen protectors, but the edges are tapered and it is working fine with my Torras and Apple silicon case.You get two in a pack but I will be ordering another pack now just to have it on hand for when I need one next time!
