Amazing Difference!
I've been making cables for my computers for 25+ years, and it has always been hit and miss for me. It's been more miss than hit for the last few years (reduced eyesight due to aging, I suppose). Most of my cables nowadays fail at the crimping stage, as I can't be completely sure if the eight wires are positioned correctly in the end connector. This is very frustrating. I bought these passthrough end connectors (and a separate crimper made for pass-through connectors) to compensate, and I'm glad I did! I made my first test cable to get used to the connectors and crimper, and it was terrible (I was expecting that). I made my second test cable, and it passed the quality test, so I moved on to one of my prior cables I failed on multiple times with my prior, non-passthrough connectors. The passthrough was night vs. day. The first time I pushed the eight wires though the connector, I found that the first two wires had crossed. I pulled the eight wires out, corrected the positioning, pushed them back through, and all eight were in the correct sequence. I didn't have to start the end from scratch like I would have with my non-passthrough connectors! I used scissors to cut off most (but not all) of the excess wiring so they would fit into my crimper, then crimped the connectors. Both ends were successful on the first try, and my networked registered the computer as gigabit. Speedtest.net transferred at 940 mb/s. Also, the cable sheathing now goes far beyond the crimp point in the connector, whereas it was a crapshoot with the non-passthrough connectors whether the sheathing would even make it to the crimp point. I no longer dread having to make network cables.

Great simple solution to a broken Ethernet plug
These RJ45 plugs worked great! I thought I was going to have to replace my Ethernet cord because of the broken plug, but then I got these, and they fit perfectly and were easily compatible with my cord. It was so easy to replace, it only took me two or three minutes to cut off the old plug and install the new one and get hooked back up to the internet. So far, it has been very durable and was a good deal for the price - and a lot cheaper than replacing the whole cord. Note: these plugs are "pass through" - which enables you to easily see the order of the colored wires that have been pushed into the plug, before you pull the wiring back just until it disappears back into the plug and crimp it.

These really simplify the Cat6 termination process!
I can't make a better picture than the ad itself, but I can confirm these work great. I still have a few "old fashioned" connectors with a closed end, and I avoid using them - I should just toss them. With these pass-through connectors, it is so easy to strip back the outer jacket, align the wires, trim the wire ends if they are too ragged looking, and slip them into and through this connector. I do watch the wire as they come out the other side, to keep make sure they are still in the right order, and that they all came through cleanly (none bent inside the connector). While my old style were also clear, you couldn't really guarantee that the wires remained in the right order. With the pass through, that's an easy double-check operation. I haven't had a failure, and I don't expect one since I'm terminating each cable once and then plugged it in to a mating connector - and rarely will they be moved after that. So, I can't just the durability, but from what I can tell, the quality is great, and the pass through saves me a lot of time.

Extremely Poor Quality โ Nearly 90% Failed
These connectors are extremely low quality. I have been doing professional cable installation and cable management for more than 20 years, and I have never encountered connectors this bad. Unfortunately, I purchased three packs of 100 connectors each before discovering the problem. I drove six hours to a job site for a network installation and spent two days trying to install 16 cameras. Nearly 90% of the connectors failed, and I eventually had to give up and return home. At first, I thought the cable was bad, so I brought in a different brand of cable. The same problem. I then purchased connectors from a local Home Depot, and every single one crimped correctly and connected at full speed. The problem was clearly these connectors. They caused a major waste of time, travel, and labor. I would not recommend them for any professional or important installation.

Great quality and easy to use
These RJ45 Cat6 pass-through connectors worked very well for my project. They were easy to load and crimp, and the pass-through design made termination much simpler and cleaner. The connections feel secure, and the overall quality seems solid. Great value for a 100-pack.

No signal
This RJs are garbage, does not moving signal properly, I replaced many of them. It is wasting time, money and reputation if you buy them for your customers.
