Recline easily but locks don’t seem to do anything toward locking the chairs in position. The cup holder table was tested with a 16 oz soft drink bottle and did not tip. Not sure yet how it will fare with a phone , iPad and an actual beverage in a Stanley cup style tumbler. Chairs are attractive and appear well made. I won’t be using them on the beach because I feel sure they would rust. For our needs, just a comfy place to sit outdoors to read or watch a sunset, these are perfect. Not as cheap price-wise as Temu but they appear to be of a better quality. Time will tell.
