Great for streaming!
I’ve had this for over a year now and still works great. I now bring it to work where cell signal can’t get inside the buildings I work in. I put this hotspot just outside the door and I get great signal from the WiFi! I’m the only one with cell signal and internet inside heavy duty military built buildings. This thing is a game changer. If this one goes out I would definitely buy another. Putting a SIM card in it with unlimited internet is only $20 a month from att. It also runs my 3 kids iPads watching videos at the same time. No complaints!

Hotspot is cold
My husband and I are an older couple. We recently moved to a smaller place and with everything being so expensive we decided to buy a hotspot instead of cable. Thinking it would be more affordable. So we purchased this hotspot and if it had worked, it seemed fairly easy to use so we returned it and asked for a replacement. The replacement was sent. It didn’t work either and it took a very long time to get our refund I would not buy this project product again, and I would not suggest it to anyone else.

Great for a hotspot or as main source of internet
Came brand new in the original AT&T packaging and works amazing! Me and my husband run 2 tvs, both phones and our computer on this hotspot and it runs fast with no issues! To add we live in the country and don’t get traditional internet out here and this has been a godsend for us! Definitely worth the money!

Excellent Reliable WiFi Hotspot
I'm very pleased with my AT&T Franklin A50 device. I had it activated at an AT&T Store & now I have an excellent lightning fast internet & WiFi. And all my wireless devices such as my smart TV and my phones and laptop have a strong WiFi signal. Plus I can take it with me wherever I go and I always have reliable internet.

It works
The jury is still out I'm afraid. I had the previous one for a couple of years, but I've picked up its replacement about 2 weeks ago and it has trouble to pick up wifi signals...HOWEVER I have patience. It seems to be getting better...

Not worth it.
the battery is weak and the signal strength is very poor. I think it is one of the worst of hotspots to buy. I guess you get what you pay for.

Pretty fast when 5G is working
Works good, but I do not always get 5G
