The staple welder works great. Does a great job fixing everything and anything made of plastics. The iron on the other hand, not so good. Be careful if you leave it on too long. My iron just melted itself in two pieces. Hopefully I can warranty it.

Make it look like it never happened.
Solid product. Smoothing iron heats up efficient enough. Stitching tool is almost instant. You will want a smaller iron and a heat gun to go with this kit. Had this kit a couple years and repaired several atv and SXS plastics. The ascetic outcome depends on how patient you are.

Fast heat, tons of staples
5 stars for the welder, smoother and staples. Worked well. The freebie diagonal pliers aren’t very good but I wasn’t planning on using them anyway. You really need a pair of flush cutters to cut the staples close.

I used this to repair a crack in my kayak. It was easy to use and did the job.

Worked well
Great plastic welder for larger jobs. The staple tool does a good job getting up to temp quickly and maintaining heat. Welds quickly and the staples work great in closing cracks. The paddle welder works very well melting plastic welding rods to finalize fill cracks, then melting steel wool or stainless mesh into the area and providing a much stronger repair. I repaired my city trash can after the top was seriously broken. It stands up well to the inevitable abuse with no new damage. Not awesome for small detail work, so I also purchased this companies smaller paddle welder. It works well. Make sure you wear gloves….now I have two more scars on my left hand. It does get hot!

Worth the money. Works fine.
So far everything works as expected. I have repaired a plastic bumper, and stopped the cracking on a plastic dash panel. Heats up quickly, and everything works as it should.

La verdad superó mis expectativas,el producto es muy bueno,hergonomico,facil de usar ,siendo qué es la primera vez que utilizo uno,calienta muy rápido,las grapas en corto hacen su trabajo y el plástico lo derrite de igual forma,lo recomiendo totalmente ... excelente producto.
