Plant Therapy Lava Rock Passive Diffuser for Essential Oils

It is a little smaller than expected, however a great little passive diffuser. It holds on to essential oils for a pretty long period, and it looks very aesthetic.

I really wanted to love this. It’s super cute and discreet—perfect for adding a touch of freshness to a bathroom shelf without having a big, bulky air freshener or spray can on display. Unfortunately, the scent just didn’t last. I found myself having to add more oil every single day, which was a bit of a hassle. It looked great, but it just didn’t perform the way I hoped. I ended up returning it and going with something else that’s a bit more low-maintenance.

I wanted to love this but it doesn’t really do anything. I thought it’s size would help me save space in my little office, but you would have to use an extreme amount of oil to actually smell it. These oils being so expensive I can’t make myself pour more than about 10 drops which feels like a lot. It seems to be made well. It might not make noise. Its size is appealing but do yourself a favor and just get the diffuser. The oil content used on the diffuser is not worth it.

No matter how much oil I poured on this rock, it barely gave off any scent, and if it did, it only lasted around half a day. I put it in my trash room and one of my neighbors must’ve taken it…good luck to them!

This lava rock is a great non-electronic way to use aromatic oils. I keep it on my desk and place a few drops of oil on the stone. It's low profile and not prone to tipping. It stays fragrant for hours and isn't messy. I've been really surprised at how much I enjoy this small diffuser.

I recently tried the Love Rock passive diffuser for essential oils, and while it has a beautiful, minimalist design that looks great on any shelf or table, its functionality leaves much to be desired. The biggest issue is performance. As a passive diffuser, it barely disperses the scent into the air. Even after applying several drops of essential oil, the fragrance remains faint and doesn’t carry well in the room. On top of that, the design has a practical flaw: when I place oil on top, it leaks through the wooden housing and leaves oily stains on the table beneath. This makes it inconvenient and a bit messy to use, especially if you like to keep your surfaces clean. The one redeeming quality is its aesthetic. The Love Rock diffuser has a lovely, natural look and can work as a piece of décor. But if you’re looking for effective diffusion without the hassle of leaks, this product is more form than function.

These passive diffusers work great! I was skeptical, but the scent diffuses easily and is just as strong in a small room (like a bedroom) as any other diffuser.
