so i am new to all of this but what is the difference between tingle and tingle free?

Beta-alanine, while effective at increase exercise capacity, does give the feeling of tingling that many people prefer not to experience. Is the tingle free as effective as the one with the tingle?

Thank you for your great question! The tingle actually comes from the beta alanine. The function of the beta alanine to to help buffer Hydrogen ions from fatiguing your muscles. This may not be something that everyone sees a benefit from unless they are performing longer higher intensity activity or repeated high intensity training. Like HITT training or an intense CrossFit WOD. The Tingle Free has the beta alanine removed. The level of caffeine is the same in our Tingle Free as our other pre-workouts. Is the stevia non gmo? or is it truvia? and will the cane sugar spike my blood sugar? im on keto diet. thanks
