I decided to try to make my own ravioli and started small with a simple kit. All the pieces were of sturdy of construction, and easy to use and clean. The box is a good and sturdy quality and I will store all the pieces in it to use again. All of the ravioli sealed well except for one and I overfilled it. It seems very doable and will last a long time. The ravioli was a little bit thick but that’s my culinary error. I just need to learn how to roll out the dough correctly and no fault in the ravioli set. I look forward to using it again.

Love this ravioli maker set. The included roller makes all of the raviolis come out perfectly. The size is just right. Does not stick and releases ravioli very easily. Great price for this set. Fits back in box when storing.

Firstly, this also comes with a little dumpling foldy-thing, which I did not see in the description. That is very exciting, I am looking forward to using it! It also came with a circle cutter thing that I also wasn’t expecting. I’m glad, I’ve been using a Mason Jar lid ring, this is much better! The ravioli thing that looks like spurs feels like good quality, it’s a little heavier than expected which I think may be because it is well made. The rolling pin is light weight and looks good. It came with a cleaning brush, and that’s cool, I didn’t have one when I needed it yesterday so I’m glad it came with this set. The ice-tray ravioli making thing is also heavier than expected, not flimsy like expected. It looks really good. Finally, there was a recipe book and I’m happy they included it. This set is way better than expected, and I think it is better than what could be expected at the price point. Go for it.

Either this product sucks or maybe I do. I attempted to make ravioli just once and it was a humbling and frustrating experience. Maybe it's because I'm Irish. I can fix potatoes in every possible way and they are the stuff of legend. Apparently I have no Italian in me and I proved that more definitively than a DNA test could have attempting to use this set.
