Reading some of the positives reviews and learned that it's herbal medicine as 'Gental Lexative' for Constipetion, opted for it. But after using it copule of time per need at various length of time period, in my case I fond that it was causing me Gas Bloating, with Diarrhea type of effact. It wasn't once but evry single time I used even one capsule, it was the same thing. Be carefull, just make sure it's works right before continueing. I had stopped it using.
