Lovely everyday hand soap
This soap lathers well, leaves my hands soft and smells lovely. I bought 2 pouch refils while it was on offer and it is amazing value for money. I put it in a pretty dispenser and you would think it was a much more expensive soap. I have bought this soap before and am happy to recommend it.

Packing needs improvement
The product is good value & quality. The refill packs a great idea. But… the box that says ‘this way up ⬆️’ was put into another box that had no indication for storage. Consequently it had been left on its side & the contents of the packages had leaked into both boxes.

Packaging could have been better.
Star deducted as one of the bag leaked 2/3 inside the box and all over other items aswell. Had the blue Hygiene soap refill previously which I didn't like as it was too watery and didn't foam well. Got the Milk & Honey to try this time which smells nice and lathers well. Haven't used it long enough to see if it drys my hands in the long run but so far using it for a whole day my hands feel soft after use.
