Abru Lift and Spin Rotary Drier 4 Arm 45m

I ssked seller a question regardiing this item & was ignored, so thats pttey poor, & I wont be buying anyhting of this seller again.The Clothes line arms are meant to rotate, but is is Extermely stiif, & rotates the whole pole, even though the pole is wedged in tightly to a ground socket. .If I hold the pole & rotate the arms with a bit of force there is a hoorible blood curdling qsueaky creaking noise.(Even my neighbour asked what the awful noise was).The actual lines itself are pretty cheap & thin & have stretched a lot ofter my 2nd wash, so I have replaced the entire line with better quality line.Too much hassle to re-wrap & send back so Im stuck with this piece of junk untill i get a better oneThis is NOT a case of you get what you pay for, & for £53 this is a complete rip-off.I really regret purchasing this & there are better clothes lines out there for £30.AVOID

This product was bought as a like-for-like replacement. The previous drier performed flawlessly for 22 years until part of the lower plastic moulding adjustment unit split recently. As the drier has been in continuous use and never put away or covered this failure was probably due to the effects of sunlight on the plastic. Whatever the cause though, that’s an impressive working life for something that’s used more or less daily and sits outside in all weathers. A new line was fitted around six years ago but this was mainly for cosmetic reasons.An examination of the new drier showed the manufacturer has made only small changes to the original design. As a bonus, the central support pole has an identical diameter to the original which meant we could use the existing support fixing and there was no need to dig a new hole in the lawn. If you don’t have a suitable hole, the manufacturer usefully includes a plastic sleeve which needs to be set in a concrete base. If you don’t like the idea of digging a hole and mixing up some Postcrete, the alternative is to buy a spike of suitable diameter and hammer this into the ground. The pole diameter is 35mm incidentally.All in all, this is a proven no-frills product that appears a very good buy for a medium size family.

I've been using this rotary airer for about 6-months now, and have not seen one spot of rust, nor experienced any problems with it. Its solidly built, and once dropped it onto a plant pot. The plant pot came off worse! Its durable, but then it must be said, I don't leave it outdoors after usage.Will I need to buy another? Not for at least a few years. But then again, its always good to have a spare!

Arrived broken so not able to review properly... changed brands

Thoroughly disappointed. It arrived broken. Broken off part not in packaging so assuming it was broken before packaging.

Good strong washing line with lots of capacity, had one of these before that was at least ten years old so we knew what we were getting.

a really strong airer. cord is clipped into the arms not threaded threw so it will be easy to replace.
