A bit costly. Fiber was a surprise benefit.
My wife loved the stuff and I was surprised at the fiber in this stuff. We can all use more of that! 4 cans of this a day would fill my doctor's orders, though he may have to peel me off the ceiling!

Most excellent lattes
Really delicious quality coffee and the chocolate in the vanilla is excellent. Good quality ingredients delicious very reasonably priced $2.15 per kid as opposed to five dollars here in Hawaii.🤷🏽♂️
