Great walking pad. Not that noisy. With remote which make it convenient to increase/decrease the speed and turn off the machine. It's low enough to be stored under the bed.

Bought this walking pad yesterday and received it today , the delivery was extremely fast, and it arrived in the morning itself. The walking pad is very compact and perfect for saving space. It’s easy to tuck away anywhere, which makes it ideal for smaller spaces. I’m really impressed with the quality of the product as well.I also want to mention the excellent service provided. The team carried the unit in, set everything up for me, and clearly explained how to use it along with the service support available if needed. Everything was handled very professionally. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service.

I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the immediate customer service from SKYLAND. They even sent videos on my WhatsApp with advise on maintaining the pad, thank you so much. On the product itself, I’m a tall guy so my natural stride is wide. However, I was soon able to adjust my stride and I’ve been quite enjoying my walks while watching TV or listening to music. Worth the purchase.

Been using it for a few weeks and it's been a great device to get in some exercising while watching tv or listening to a podcast. This treadmill has a solid build quality and I usually walk at 6km/hr for half an hour. It's straight forward in its use and the little remote makes it easy to increase the speed / stop the treadmill. I would love if there was a pause function on it as well. Also, the wheels make it easy to flip it vertically and store it against a wall. After a few weeks of use I applied some lubricant (comes with the device) into the little funnel. Somehow it spilled into the engine making the belt slip (make sure you carefully inject it in the funnel so you don't end up with the same issue as me). Only requires 3-4 drops every 3/4 weeks depending on use. Now the best part: the after service SKY LAND has provided has been absolutely impressive (I wish more companies were this good). They came and collect the device and fixed the issue. They use clear instruction videos through their whatsapp support and respond quickly. Once I move soon, I plan on buying another more advanced device with incline. Much recommended.

Excellent treadmill for it's affordable price, got it two days ago, delivery was on time, haven't had any issues with the product so far! The delivery team was amazing as well.

منتج جميل والله خفيف وسهل الحمل وكلشي فيه حلو

خرب بعد 6 شهور من الاستخدام المتقطع. تواصلت مع شركة سكايلاند عبر الواتس وأرسلوا لي بعد مماطلة استمرت لأكثر من شهرين فني وموتر استبدال جديد (دفعت 70 ريال رسوم توصيل لأني بالمدينة ومقرهم الرياض بس ما علينا)، الفني ركب الموتر الجديد وأستمرت المشكلة وقال لي الفني أن جهازك فيه عيب مصطنعي وتواصل مع الشركة وراح يعوضونك واحد جديد. تواصلت وماطلوا أكثر الشركة ورفعت بلاغ تجاري وما فاد معهم شيء، لا بالعكس أتهموني أنه أنا كنت سبب الخراب وحطوها سوء استخدام!!!! المشكلة الفني الي ارسلوه أكد أكثر من مرة وأرسلهم أنه عيب مصنعي بس ما يفهمون. اسوء خدمة مرت علي بحياتي وتوبة أطلب أي جهاز من سكايلاند مرة ثانية. نصيحة شوفوا شركة ثانية المنتج جودته رديئة وراح يخرب عليك وبعد ما تطالب الضمان راح يتجاهلونك ويحطونها سوء استخدام. بس الحمدلله تواصلت مع خدمة عملاء أمازون ورجعوا السير وأتمنى من أمازون عدم عرض منتجات سكايلاند في صفحتها بسبب عدم التزام الشركة بسياسات الضمان بالسعودية.

The best part about this purchase is Skyland's amazing aftersales support. I'm a repeat customer, and when the motor needed replacing, their representative in Saudi Arabia was incredibly supportive and helped troubleshoot the issue. The treadmill is a decent machine, though it's best for shorter workouts, as continuous use is recommended for 30 minutes at a time. Given the excellent service, I'll continue to use Skyland for my fitness needs.

طلبت المنتج منهم و كانت فيه مشكله بالريموت و قيمتهم نجمه و تواصل معي الاخ قربان علي و ارسل لي ريموت جديد مشكورا و الان السير يعمل بكفاءه عاليه مناسب للبيت و حجمه صغير و وزنه خفيف تقدر تشيله من مكان لمكان

ما فيه عيب الا انه ما يشتعل الا على ٢٢٠. ويحتر في نص ساعه. اخاف اذا قعد ساعه ينفجر علي.
