So far it’s great! 2010 E350 coupe. Plugged right in. Put your car in AUX. Connect to the device. Connection took all of 2 minutes and fixed my original Bluetooth audio skipping consistently. We’ll see how long it lasts and if there’s and negative updates the longer I have it.

Bought this for my 2010 Mercedes E350 and it works fine. It was as simple as plug n play and the sound quality is great. My only complaint is that it doesn't pause what youre playing when you shut off the car and it connects any time you open the car door (it would be nice if it waited until the car was at least in accessory mode). It doesn't quite bring the Mercedes up to the level of sophistication of my 2010 Ford Fusion, but at least I can play Bluetooth audio through the stereo now.

I've had it for a few months and it works perfectly so far in my Benz GLK 350. Great music quality and volume. The only bummer is that sometimes my phone calls accidentally connect to this device instead of my car speakers, which means I sometimes can't hear my calls while I'm driving unless I switch the bluetooth output.

I wish I could say this is the perfect workaround for our 2010 model Mercedes with Bluetooth telephony but not BT Audio for streaming Spotify and such. Unfortunately, after connecting it and spending time trying different things, I've come to the conclusion that it doesn't work (at least for us). Maybe I'm missing something? The instructions are written in broken English, there is no troubleshooting section and the help email is unresponsive, so it's impossible to know. All I can say is after watching all the YouTube how-to videos and reading everything about getting Bluetooth to work in older models, I was sure this was the solution. Unfortunately, this ain't it.

I can stream music now, the car connected for blue-tooth phone but will not connect for music, this gadget works perfectly except..... you cant change the or fast forward to the next or previous song, no big deal its not a deal breaker to keep my phone near by to change it on spotify or amazon music...now if someone could update it to update maps in these cars for navigation i will keep buying their products.... the sound is perfect, no lag time, no complaints ...i get to listen to music and thats what counts

Not going to lie for the price this is really good and it connects to my phone perfectly and to be honest it made my car speakers louder because before I had a transmitter and it sucks this is a really good product I have a 2012 glk 350 and it works great if yours doesn’t its probably a defective return it and order a new one it’s worth it

Audio only plays thru aux setting on your car. Your device connects to the plug thru Bluetooth but the audio sounds 2x lower then if I just connected my device directly to Bluetooth. Also you can not access playlist , songs or search for music with this adapter. I was able to do that with the mmi to lightning adapter. All it does is just play audio you will have to still manually select your music on your device

It is On but the problem can not be detected be Bluetooth, even though I disconnected it and reconnected, also I have restarted my mobil. In all ways. The device can not be seen, even though the light is on. I like to return it and trays another one. Thank you.

Excellent to allow you stream music from your phone. Does not work with answering calls, but quality of sound is excellent.

Bought the product as it stated apt-x support, which translates to better sound quality for my FL W204. Turns out it only supported SBC. Pointless purchase.
