What are the dimensions of the tag?

I just bought one of those slide-over strap tightening collars. Is there any way to get this tag on those?

I an not sure what kind of collar you are describing. We bought the "Slide on Pet ID Tag" for our Shih Tzu and to get it on her adjustable collar I had to separate the stitching at the end with the clip so I could slide the nylon web strap material through the "Slide on Pet ID Tag" and then restitch the webing to secure the clip. It sounds harder than it is to do. I hope this helps.

Will these slide onto a double-thick buckle collar?

Possibly not. The collar has to be 1/4 " or so thin in one place. If you have the kind that doubles over itself as you tighten, and it is tight, and you have 2 thicknesses, you'd have to take it apart and re-sew to get it on just the outer thickness. Which could be worth it. This won't slide past a buckle or any fastening gear...just onto one layer of the cloth or leather of the collar itself. Hard to explain, but I hope that helps.

Is the Medium size big enough to fit a 3/4 inch wide collar, or do I need to get the Large?

Hi,I guess you would need to ge a larger one.. Based on my experience with large tag. A 1.2 inch wide tag hardly fit onto a 1 inch collar. Best regards,Ali
