How long can you continuously use this for helping some one hear? Can you use it all day?

Yes....until the batteries run down. It has a speaker that can be worn on the pocket or waistband. So, as long as the speaker is unobstructed, it will transmit sound to headphones the hearing impaired person wears.

Are you able to adjust the volume when it’s in the case?

YES the on and off button and volume wheel are accessible through the case.

I think there is for one year, I am not certain however, its better if you contact the store where you got them from. Warranty becomes void if you exit the country. I hope this helps. Regards.
