Sour apple is sour. But quite tasty! I’m looking forward to trying the other flavors. Soft gummy which I like so much more than chewy hard gummies These will be so much easier for me to take while traveling than the powder creatine!

The taste is really great and overall no side effects. They were easy to digest and were fun to take. I didn’t take them long enough to speak on the effectiveness because they do make them with sugar and I am sensitive to added sugars. Other than that the texture is like a piece of candy so that’s amazing!

Love this brand! Peach is my fav flavor, Apple is second. I notice a difference in my energy and muscle definition. Every woman needs a creatine supplement!

Taste is a bit bitter but it helps me with my glp1 journey

These taste amazing. I think if they could replicate the flavor while keeping the texture of the none sugar/citric acid coating, I would reorder. I don’t like the stickiness the sugar creates. I’ll cycle through the flavors. I have blue raspberry now and I may stick with that one. In terms of results, I see more definition in my muscles & the only thing that I’ve added to my routine is creatine. I may bring the rating up to a 4 after prolonged use and results.
