Eufy C210
I have 5 Eufy cameras, plus the Homebase 3. I find all Eufy cameras are easy to set up, and the picture and video quality are great. They all work with my echo shows without a problem. The C210 is great, and the Eufy app is well done. (and free)

Price is great
the Camera is great, image in color is amazing, in IR it is better than most I have seen or tried. my only complaint, The PTZ works, it is slow, and the UI on the app is, mostly okay, but for some reason, no matter what the settings on my phone the audio from this camera comes out the speaker on my handset and not my Bluetooth headset like the 4 other cameras i have in my system.

Works great
This is the sixth camera I purchased and this was for a gift. Works great, no monthly fees, pick the best configs that work for you and your environment. I recommend getting a storage card. Once you start getting “retry” messages when trying to connect, make sure you are connecting to active video. Then switch over to playback. If you still get the retry message then reformat your storage and start again. Over time the storage needs to be reformatted.

Home camera system.
Absolutely love these cameras! They are a little sensitive when it comes to storms and noises, but as far as not having a monthly fee, very good vision, and easy to install. They are absolutely perfect cameras. I would Definitely get the memory card so you can look back on anything you need to. It doesn’t cost much anywhere from $6 to $12. Also, we do not have the best wi-Fi service. We have satellite service and they are working wonderfully. I need to stress that because we live in a very wooded area and don’t get Verizon/Att or any other fancy Internet services to our home we are with a satellite service and the cameras work perfectly. We travel a lot and never have any issues with the service or connection always get a great videos/perfect picture with these cameras. We have the indoor and outdoor.

I love Eufy, I wouldn’t buy this camera again
I love the eufy brand, I’d skip this value option. Good: it has a nice picture, it swivels, and it has local storage - just like all their other cameras. Bad; it doesn’t connect consistently. It sucks. There are times where I need it to see what’s happening in a specific room and it just spin. It sits right next to the router too. I reached out to the company and asked for a credit to put toward one of their other cameras and they sent me a new one of the same model. It works better but it doesn’t always connect. I’m taking this one out and replacing it with the other eufy cameras. Still like the brand but this one just doesn’t work.

Reliable and Easy-to-Use Security Camera
The Eufy Security Camera has exceeded my expectations! The setup was quick and straightforward, and the app is user-friendly, making it easy to monitor the footage from anywhere. The video quality is sharp and clear, even at night, thanks to the excellent night vision. I appreciate the long battery life and that there are no subscription fees for storing footage. The motion detection works reliably, and the camera alerts me in real time. Overall, a solid, affordable security solution for home or office. Highly recommend!

An excellent product and company
There is so much good to say about the Eufy products. Their cameras have a quality as good as anything on the market. I have purchased 4 separate products from them and love each and everyone. From the video quality, the recording quality, and the app's properties, everything is with true engineering detail in the design. I love the fact that this product does everything the high-end competitors can do without having to pay a subscription fee. For me, that speaks volumes. The the only negative I could mention is that the speakers on the cameras or the doorbell are not easy to use as intended. I'm not surprised by this as they are very tiny, and I don't expect a whole lot with that function. Eufy has probably one of the best customer support structures I have ever seen with any product whatsoever. I emailed them about one of my cameras and immediately got a return response from a live customer support person. As we work through the situation, the attention to detail and kindness from them were second to none. I will purchase more products from them and highly recommend the same to anyone looking for items such as video doorbells or security cameras.

Limited Camera viewing from PC
UPDATE October 1 2025: I can now generate codes to view my camera via my computer. Unfortunately the longest I can keep the codes active is for 24 hours even under the same login. This seems really backwards to me. If I own all three devices, why can't I just open my computer OR Mobile app and watch whenever I want or need to? Old Review: I included screenshots of the mobile app from my phone since I didn't have a homebase 3 when I first got this camera. The Pros: It works. It has automatic night vision so I can turn the lights out and still see my 3d printer. I can rotate it and check other things in the basement without going down two flights of stairs or even being home. I can listen and I can customize notifications if I want them. The picture is sharp and clear. For the price it does well for my printer. The Cons: It doesn't work with Homebase 2. Thankfully I got a good deal on Homebase 3 even though I didn't want one. I can't see it from my PC and have to use the mobile app. When I go to the website to use it, I am asked to generate a code from the mobile app but there is no option to do this in the most recent version of the app. The company is aware of this and their response was just "Thank you for letting us know you and multiple users have this issue. We will forward your concerns to the appropriate department." There is a slight delay between the action and the video on my phone even in live feed. I assume that's normal but I don't know. There is some lag but I do have the video set to high quality even though I doubt I need that to see my printer. Sometimes it doesn't switch off night mode even in the daytime but this could be because my basement is dark. There is a window near the camera's field of vision but not quite in it.
