Love it but far, far too expensive for my pocket so can’t afford to buy again. So sad.

I am pleased so far. The packaging that it arrived in was sturdy. I was excited to try it out, so I tried it with Fresh Spring Water. Next I plan to try it with some sparkling water. First the smell, which has a faint smell reminding me of cabbage. Next the flavor, which is surprisingly different from the smell. It tastes nothing like it smells! It has a faintly sweet taste!!! I Can embrace this! I'm looking forward to having it twice a day as recommended with no fear or dread. Like savoring a bottle of fine wine, I'm hoping to reap the many benefits of drinking it.

The item didn’t come in proper condition. It is a glass bottle but there is no proper packing. It is only 2/3 filled and the box came wet, soiled and sticky. Bad:(

We keep R’s Koso at our office, and our team enjoys drinking it together. It’s easy to add to our daily routine and we love the “happy gut” feeling.

Fermented foods are so very important. We learn more and more how valuable fermented foods are for better health. Koso is new to me and I therefore cannot compare it to other Koso and have not used it long enough to notice any changes in our health, but it is now a delicious added foundation block in our morning routine. Taste is delicious! : a bit of sweetness, a bit sticky, mixes wonderfully with kefir. How do they ever place so many amazing veggies into this delightful product!!? It is expensive but the subscription offers a considerable discount. Also, the daily amount is small so it extends well. We benefit from fermented foods and the more variety the better and R’s Koso offers significant variety and is therefore worth every penny.

I can't state how well it works for a cleanse, yet. I plan to get another bottle to do a cleanse. I thought I'd start by just slowly introducing it to my body and letting my body adapt to the nutrients. That said, it started working on my gut health immediately. The gurgling in adjustments was a bit noisy, but not painful. I drank once daily in the morning. In hindsight, the evening would probably be the better option, given the drink more time to operate without food or water. That said, it was very enjoyable to drink and easily added to a routine. I plan to do a cleanse this weekend and may update my review then. But I'm looking forward to it. I think adding this to water while fasting, will make the fast much easier.
