It consistently provided a reliable power backup of around 5–6 hours, making it an excellent solution for keeping my Wi-Fi router running during power outages.About two weeks ago, the unit suddenly stopped working and would no longer charge. Although the product was already out of warranty, I contacted Oakter's customer support to see if they could assist. Their support team listened to my issue professionally, collected all the necessary details, and promptly initiated the service process. To my complete surprise, Oakter approved a free replacement, despite the warranty having expired. Even more impressive, they sent me a brand-new Oakter Mini UPS PRO (4000 mAh) an upgraded model with a higher battery capacity, without charging me a single penny. This level of customer care is something you rarely see today, as many brands decline support once the warranty period ends. The combination of excellent product performance and truly outstanding after-sales service has made me a loyal customer. Based on both my long-term experience with the product and Oakter's commitment to customer satisfaction, I can confidently recommend the Oakter Mini UPS PRO to anyone looking for a reliable mini UPS in this price segment. It offers excellent value for money and is backed by a company that genuinely stands behind its products.Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will buy it again just for their customer service! *by on Reviewed in India 16 July 2026* The product lasted well over a year and was performing very well. There were frequent power fluctuations and disruptions in my area and then the product stopped working all of a sudden. The light was still ON, but it stopped providing any backup. I complained to the customer care and wanted to enquire if they would repair the product. To my surprise, the customer care executive - Ashish helped me a lot by receiving permission from his management for a free replacement of my used product which was even out of warranty. Today I received this brand new product again and started using it. Really appreciate the customer service and the overall experience of this product ownership. Will I buy it again? Yes, with this I have totally 3 Oakter backup devices installed at my home. Is it recommended? Yes, highly recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oakter Mini UPS PRO for High Capacity WiFi Routers (12V, Up to 3A) *by on Reviewed in India 7 March 2025* The Oakter Mini UPS PRO is a solid choice. Here’s a breakdown of my experience with this device:Pros:✅ High Capacity Power Backup – This UPS is designed for 12V routers with up to 3A power consumption, making it compatible with a wide range of high-powered routers, including those from Jio, Airtel, and other major brands.✅ Long Backup Time – The device claims up to 8 hours of backup, and in real-world usage, it delivers around 4-5 hours depending on the router’s power consumption, which is excellent for handling power cuts.✅ Seamless Switching – It provides an instant switchover to battery backup when the power goes out, ensuring an uninterrupted internet connection. No more dropped video calls or interrupted downloads!✅ Compact & Easy to Install – The UPS is lightweight, well-built, and fits neatly with most router setups. Installation is straightforward, and it comes with multiple connector pins to ensure compatibility.✅ 12-Month Warranty & Reliable Support – Oakter offers a one-year warranty, and their customer support is responsive, which adds peace of mind to the purchase.Cons:❌ Charging Time – It takes around 2-3 hours to fully charge, which is a bit long but expected for a backup of this capacity.❌ No Battery Level Indicator – While it does its job well, a battery level indicator or LED display would have been a useful addition to check the charge status.❌ Not for Low-Power Devices – If you have a router with less than 12V or 1A power, this model might be overkill. You’d be better off with a lower-capacity UPS.Final Verdict: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4.5/5)The Oakter Mini UPS PRO is a must-have for users in areas with frequent power outages. It ensures uninterrupted internet connectivity with long-lasting power backup and smooth switching. While the charging time is on the longer side, the overall reliability and performance make it a great investment for remote workers, gamers, and smart home users.
