Love this little roller. It's perfect for travel as it's small. But I mostly use it at home and it's just fine. It's stiff, but i just used it on the bed until I got use to it. GREAT for stiff back release.

- Everything I want in a FIRM foam roller - The short size and small diameter is great for travel, so lightweight - Slightly different pressure and positioning from the 12” diameter version, but great - WHY WOULD YOU PUT a hard logo in the middle of a massage roller?? Terrible design, but at least it’s easy to peel off. Otherwise, works great.

For being a soft roller, it is pretty hard. Maybe in time it will soften. Other than that it is a nice size and will fit nicely if taking on a trip

Nice for traveling. I took this on a trip to Japan and to Costa Rica. Fit will ok my back. Very very firm. The one I normally use Is not as hard as this one. It’s also smaller so it is a little more difficult to use. Overall mostly Did what I needed it to do.

Helps the lower back

Way too small to be useful. The size makes it just painful with hsrd harsh edges poking into all the wrong places. Go with a full sized one or at least better quality. There are many out there.

Good quality, medium firmness and SO MUCH EASIER to use for rolling my calves and quads.

I use this joint almost daily! It’s small enough for travel which I love. Also due to the small size, it’s more firm and cracks my back so good! I wish it were a little wider though. Perfect for someone petite. It will easily fit in a duffel, tote bag, backpack, carry on. See photo for scale. I have small hands.
