This 4K webcam has completely elevated my video call experience — five stars without question! I use it primarily for Microsoft Teams meetings, and the difference in video quality compared to my Mac M4’s built-in camera is night and day. I got this camera to stream my fish tank, and it is more than perfect. It's easy to use, the picture quality is fantastic, almost too good. You can see all the dust and tiny air bubbles that the fish stir up. Had zero issues using it. And for the price? You aren't going to find better.

So far so good. No complaints.The picture is very nice. Great camera.The mics are probably fine for video conferencing. But I use my camera for live streaming myself painting. I talk some while I paint, and the mics pic up my voice fine, but it’s echoey and picks up my chair creaking and other sounds around my desk I don’t want. I don’t want to say the sound is bad, it’s not, it’s just not ideal for a live streaming or pod cast. That is not really the fault of the camera. You’re never gonna get podcast quality mics that are built into a tiny camera. Don’t get hung up on the audio not sounding like a condenser mic. You should not have that expectation. If you are live-streaming on a budget, the mics work well enough, but I advise to save up and get a condenser mic or lavalier mics asap.Let your camera just be a camera. This one, for my needs, and especially the price, is awesome!

As an online tutor, this camera was a major upgrade from my built-in webcam! My students were very pleased to be able to see and hear me better as I gave instruction. The quality of the camera is remarkable, and I still haven't seen it in true 4k. It's worth noting that the microphone is very sensetive, and will pick up noises you might not expect. This camera would be excellent for a group-conference setting where multiple people need to be heard from around the room.

Great value. I bought it a couple weeks ago. The installation hardly took two minutes. The video quality is great. I did not Tinker around with Zoom and auto focus but just out the box. It worked great for my meetings.

This camera is fabulous. Connected to all my meetings using either Meet, Teams and Zoom with no problems. I also use Bluetooth headphones which connected and performed perfectly.

I had an old camera that I was using and my assistant told me to get a 4K camera for doing my zoom calls and I see why! Picture is so good, and even when the room is dark, I look like I am sitting in the light! Just plug and play, has a great flip down cover for the lens, which was a must, and it's absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!

I bought this to use as just a normal, regular webcam for use with things like Teams, Google Meet, FaceTime, etc.Firstly, the image quality is pretty poor. I have a 1080p webcam that looks much more clear and higher resolution.But secondly and most importantly, this camera is unusable. I sit about an average distance away from my screen, maybe 2-3 feet between my face and my PC screen. This camera is constantly trying to auto-focus and can never seem to get it's focus right. The image is just a blur. For about the first 3 seconds the very first time I plugged it in, it had a regular, clear image. But then it just started attempting to auto-focus and now that is all it does. I have gone to the company's website trying to troubleshoot the issue in all the various ways they suggest (cleaning the lens, unplugging-replugging, restarting computer, trying a DIFFERENT computer entirely) all with the same result. I even attempted to install a third party program that is supposed to allow you to manually adjust your webcam's focus/exposure/ISO/white balance/etc. but it was not able to be done with this camera.I would recommend finding a different camera, probably not another one made by this company (as they make various models) because they all probably use the same software or similar on all their camera models.Was hoping this cam would just be decent enough! But its unusable.
