This is one product that truly works as billed. Lightweight and well constructed with ample room inside. It holds its temperature setting, cools quickly, and while primitive camping in the wilds of Maine, it never dragged down our truck battery while set in medium protection mode for periods of 12-14 hours. The dual voltage adapters also made this the perfect travel companion.

This is the best thing we have bought for traveling. It keeps things cold and it also kept ice cream frozen during a 6 hour trip. Plugs into the truck outlet and can be plugged into a room outlet also.

My second Alpicool. This one won't go below 17 degrees. The cord still comes apart too easy at the power pack (had to super-glue it again) - no big deal. Love the light inside. Roomy.

Great product. I finally got to use this refrigerator chest, which did not disappoint. We went on a week-long road trip to Utah and figured we needed to bring our food, so we could occasionally have tailgate picnics without having to stop and purchase lunch. Keep in mind, I do not understand anything about electrical power output/inputs, etc. I wasn't too sure about using the DC outlet on the vehicle because I was concerned about draining the vehicle battery, even though it is supposed to be fine when your vehicle is running. Instead, I had a portable power bank, a Jackery 1000 Plus, that I plugged this unit into. With over 12 hours of plugging into the battery, at 40F, it only drew 30% of the power. This allows me to keep drinks cold and food fresh. I would charge my battery in the hotel every night since we also use the battery for electrical kettles and an air fryer. If you leave the chest alone overnight in weather that goes from 70°F to 37°F by morning, the chest rises to about 50°F. Your food should still be fine once you plug it back in. Unless you're a harsh food safety critic. On the way home, I plugged it in through the car while driving, and it also worked out great. Is like the fridge never missed a beat. Weight-wise, it is no difference in carrying an ice chest full of ice with miscellaneous items. I got a 28 qt and it worked great for family of 3 and some.

My husband and I ventured out on a 2 1/2 month rv trip and our rv refrigerator immediately stopped working (and needed part was discontinued and unavailable). We bought this cooler and it has been a life/trip saver. It has been plugged into our rv ac power for the better part of two months. It is quiet and the temperature has been steady and we have stored milk and other dairy products with no problems. It has ample room for other items needing refrigeration.

I have a brand new one I bought in July for fall use. Took out of box will not come on tried 2 different homes 2 different cars replaced fuses. Deadline to return was August tried contacting Alicia no response. I bought this one to replace one that was stolen and never been used does not work. How do you get them to respond?

This cooler looks good but be informed that the temperature fluctuates 9 degrees. There is also no divider inside but slots where a divider could go. Items will fall from ledge into main compartment. If you want to return it you will be required to pay for shipping. I was going to return it because of degree of temperature difference. This cooler was for my brother who would carry medications and food. Due to shipping costs, he will be stuck with it.
