WONDERFUL CONCEPT!!!
I wish I could have been using these cards long ago! They are extremely organized (making it easy for a newbie) into body parts and then range of easy-difficult. I absolutely love them as I can pick and choose my workout for the day or entire month (versus using a DVD for this particular PILATES RING!)...the instructions are very clear (pictorial and then written). It comes with a ring to hold the cards (perfect!!) and an erasable marker. I will order others as it has made my workouts so very simple to organize! BUY THESE!!

I LOVE THESE CARDS!!!! very helpful and informative, I like that I can write on them with the cute little pen it comes with. My roommate and I have been fighting over them for a bit as we both want to workout more lol

Easy to use!
The cards are color coded with enough detail and images to create any workout I want. The pack is small and super easy to take with you in your purse or suitcase. They are also laminated so getting them wet is no problem. I don't use it but there is a dry erase marker and cards for you to create your own routine . This is the only Pilates workout deck I need. Perfectly thought out. 👌
