This water dispenser is a game changer! It looks so nice, runs quietly, and the water comes out perfectly cold. It's very convenient and has made my life so much easier/efficient. I love how simple, stylish, and useful it is!

First order i had to send back but they had sent out a new one relatively fast. Working no issues

The spout came broken and had finger prints on it and was unable to use, while the door was also broken and very wiggly I had to lift it to put it in place to close it

Would be a great product if the water would actually cool, I measured the temperature of the water before and after 24 hours, and there was no change in the water temperature. Either my unit is broken or this just doesn't work. Also the pump is very loud, will wake up your spouse if you use at night. I even bought one for a friend for a Xmas gift and I wish I could take it back. Update, seller contacted me and provided me a new fridge free if charge. Water is now cooled and I'm happy with my product, only thing I would like improved is the loudness of the pump.

The best purchase I've made this year. The product is super easy to setup and my fiance and I use it every morning. The low profile helps it really blend into our room decor. This is one of those products that offers a hidden convenience that I can't live without now. Getting one for our guest room next! Easy 5 stars.

Refrigerator portion is pretty good. It does cool the water, not super cold but good enough. My biggest issue was with the water dispenser. It’s very loud, and when it’s first starts dispensing the water it has to push out all the air bubbles, which is very loud. I can’t use it at night while my wife is sleeping, it wakes her up because it’s so loud.
