Wallaroo - Swimsuit

Love this hat. It's adjustable so sizing is not a problem. I just roll it up as the instructions show and it's perfect when unfolded. I also discovered that another hat I have can be folded in the same way which the supplier didn't tell me about! Packing will be a lot easier from now on!!

It's a comfortable and useful sun hat, that you can roll up and put in your luggage. The colour's not as blue as it looks in the photo, but this makes it more useful, not less. I haven't had to test this, but I think it would be useful in the rain - it certainly won't spoil if it gets wet.

Very happy especially with the adjustable drawstring. Folds into my handbag too. Great hat!

I was looking for a sunhat that would (a) fit my large head, (b) roll up when not in use so I could shove it in a rucksack when out walking and (c) had a sufficiently wide brim to offer good protection. Mostly I fall at the first hurdle with hats. They have always been something of a compromise regarding fit. My ears being painfully bent forwards. If you have a large head you will know just what I mean! OK for short spells of wear only. Having spent a long time searching the internet I arrived at this hat because in addition to fulfilling my needs (as far as I could tell), it was also washable which was a bonus. The fit is brilliant! A very clever idea to have a fit adjusting cord inside. To be honest, I could dispense with that because of my large head, but at least it means that unless you have a very small head, it's going to fit. I love the colour of the hat, I chose the denim blue on the basis that it wouldn't look out of place with hiking gear. Not only does it roll up easily it also recovers very well. It practically bounces back. I trialled it on a week's holiday in Cornwall when we did some coast path walking. Despite it being quite breezy up there I felt pretty confident that my hat would stay on my head rather than get blown out to sea. I think this is because it sits lower on my head - because it actually fits me! To sum up, I think this hat is brilliant and well worth the money spent.

Love the shape of this hat, it’s very flattering. My only gripe is that I’ve found it quite hot in comparison to a cotton hat, presumably it is less breathable.

Great covererage & very stylish

This was a nice hat with an adjustable tape inside to fit to a small head size, but it still looked huge on me and so I returned it.

I had to buy this hat to replace the one I left in some hotel. I can't live without this hat. It packs and travels well. It's got a drawstring inside that you use to customize the fit. Make it tight and the hat will never blow off your head. I have another one in white which I love, but this brown one is my favorite because it provides better shade on my face and looks nice on me. I've worn this on cruises, RV trips and even to a country club event. It's a great looking hat.

Bought this hat in two different colors after my dog ate the top out of another Wallaroo hat I had owned. Love the adjustable fit. Can turn the brim up or down depending on how much shade I need. Well constructed, packs well and easily retains shape when unpacked. Oh, and it looks good, too!

Nice looking

I love this hat. With light brown to dark brown/black colors, it goes with 80% of my outfits - usually good enough for it to be my only hat I bring when traveling. It's also easy to fold up and packs light. Lastly, I love the wide brim - it looks good while providing good sun coverage. My only disappointment is that I got this one to replace one that I bought maybe 5 years ago at REI (who no longer carries it now), and the sizing is not as good a fit for my head (this version is bigger than the hat I bought 5 years ago). It does have an adjustment string I can cinch up, but the fit is still not as comfy as my last hat. Still, I love it, and I'm glad I was able to at least find this version of the hat here on Amazon.

This hat is FABULOUS!!! I've had mine for 10 years and still love it. I get compliments on it every time I wear it. It travels well (I stuff it with clothing to pack), wears well, keeps the sun off my face and neck, and it looks classy and sassy. Because of the discreet tie (NOT under the chin!), it stays on my head even in heavy winds. Love this hat!!!
