If you want it, You can definitely quit with this !!!!
Like many others here I have tried the whole gambit on smoking cessation. I have smoked for 20 years and each time I tried to quit the withdrawal was too severe. I am on day five of the treatment. I followed the instructions and quit on day 3. I am amazed how good I feel - no smokers flu, no irritation! Day 3 (quit day) was not as bad as I expected. The hardest part of everything is changing your routines that involved cigarettes and keeping yourself busy. I did buy a FUM device just to help with the mouth habit part. I am also taking a Vitamin B supplement that I read can help but I can tell these pills are what’s working the most. If you really want to quit but are afraid of withdrawals, this product is for you. If you take it as instructed it minimizes I would say 90% of that. I currently have a bit of a brain fog and the only negative thing is my sleep schedule is disrupted, but totally worth it to kick this awful expensive habit!! So grateful and excited to be done with that part of my life.

If you thinking to quit smoking, this is your best help you will find. I tried different products and I had about 4 unsuccessful tries. You will never quit smoking if you'll use products that contain nicotine, this product contain cistine, a substance that inhibits your desire to smoke. This actually works surprisingly. If you do decide to order it. Make sure you go through with the entire 2 packs. I got vaping for 2 weeks and only finished 1 pack. About a week later the cravings came back hard

GREAT PRODUCT, NOT SO GREAT DELIVERY
The product is really superb. No doubt. The 2 stars lacking to be 5 are that there's no order tracking from this seller and that the box arrived almost completely smashed. Luckily it was something that did not break, otherwise it would have been a disaster.
