Like many others here I have tried the whole gambit on smoking cessation. I have smoked for 20 years and each time I tried to quit the withdrawal was too severe. I am on day five of the treatment. This actually works surprisingly. If you do decide to order it. Make sure you go through with the entire 2 packs. I got vaping for 2 weeks and only finished 1 pack. About a week later the cravings came back hard

I didn't have high hopes, but I was planning an international trip and planning to only bring 0mg (nicotine free) eliquid with me. I was stuck on varying degrees of 1.5mg-6mg, and rarely using 50mg nic salts. Plane rides were always an issue, even when I was near 0mg. I would run into airport bathrooms, and semi white knuckle through flights. I started Recigar the day before my 9.5 hour + 4 hour flights and it was easy to get through. After day 4/5 you absolutely can NOT use any additional form of nicotine like vapes or cigs. Or your heart can have racing palpitations and etc. Instructions are easy and simple just take a tablet every 2 to 2.5 hours. No taste.
