iPhone 15 Pro, 128GB, Black Titanium - Locked to T-Mobile (Renewed)

This is the first time I've purchased an iPhone in refurb condition. However, I have had good experiences with Amazon resale/refurb products. I have to admit to being a bit hesitant and concerned about the actual quality of the phone, especially the state of the battery. Perhaps the fact that the phone arrived a few days before the expected delivery date range was a good omen. I specifically chose Amazon as the shipper/seller of the item. I felt that if there was any problems, having Amazon as the seller would entail less hassles with the resolution process. Fortunately, there were no major issues with iPhone. The front screen was scratch-free. There was some odd substance on the titanium sides (it seemed to be glue/adhesive residue). In general, the appearance was very good/excellent. The screen does not seem to retain much of the oil/fingerprint resistance feature. But, considering it was manufactured in 2024, this reduced aspect is to be expected. I think I'll eventually add a screen protector to deal with easy cleaning and additional protection of the screen. I ran apple diagnostics, and it passed on all the tests, indicating apple parts and functions. And, while the promise is for battery over 80% (I ordered the 'Renewed-Excellent'), it actually rated at 90%, with 591 cycles. I consider it a win. After transferring from my older iPhone, I only had to redo login/password for a few apps (financial and health apps, which makes sense that they're more secure). And, it was easy to transfer the esim to the 15Pro, too. Ordered a case today, which should arrive tomorrow. I'll be researching and ordering a screen protector this weekend. Considering an Apple Certified Refurb of same model and storage would be close to $1000, this was a very good value. My thinking was the battery state was probably the vulnerable aspect. So, even if I had to replace the battery after the 90 day warranty, the $100 cost was still be a financial win. (Hopefully, the battery lives as long as my iPhone XR did, haha). Anyway, I feel I made a wise choice getting this 'Renewed-Excellent' iPhone 15 Pro/512gb via Amazon (I did research other refurb venues, btw). Picking Amazon as shipper/seller was the safe, smart move too, imho. I would only be happier if the batty capacity was 100% and it came with a screen protector. I rate the product and experience 4.75 - 5 stars, with a very high level recommendation.

Now this is an excellent device, physically the device is pretty much almost brand new, aside from a very small scratch, which is barely visible on the camera outer rim, everything else is pretty much like a brand new device, this one came with 97% battery health and all original apple parts, overall im very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this vendor, top notch quality!

1 Star – Buyer beware: “Excellent” renewed phone lasted only 8 months I purchased an iPhone from YY Wireless through Amazon Renewed and specifically paid for one advertised in “Excellent” condition. Unfortunately, after approximately 8 months of normal use, the phone completely stopped working. The phone was never dropped or damaged and was working normally when I plugged it in before bed. The next morning the screen was completely dead. I took it to a professional phone repair shop, and they were unable to repair it. I contacted YY Wireless hoping they would stand behind a renewed phone that failed completely in less than a year. Their only response was that Amazon's 90-day renewed warranty had expired, so they would not offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution. To be clear, I understand that the failure occurred outside the stated 90-day warranty period. However, when you're paying a premium for a renewed phone advertised as being in Excellent condition, I think it's reasonable to expect it to last considerably longer than 8 months. What was most disappointing was the seller's unwillingness to offer any assistance or accommodation after such a short lifespan. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to purchase another renewed phone from YY Wireless. Buyers should understand that once the 90-day warranty expires, you may be on your own even if the device suffers a complete failure shortly afterward.

I honestly do NOT like to write reviews but I wanted to help anyone who is on the fence about this purchase. My experience was NOTHING BUT PERFECT. After reading some of the bad reviews of other receiving less than "Excellent" quality phones, I was very hesitant on this purchase. I even recorded opening the original fedex package in case my unboxing went terrible.. The phone i received is basically in "Like New" condition without literally a single blemish or scratch on the titanium casing, front glass or back glass. The ONLY scratch is a tiny scratch near the camera lenses that is literally not noticeable unless you are really looking hard. (The scratch is NOT on the camera lens itself) I don't know if I got lucky or what but the phone is beyond excellent condition. I am a bit bummed on the battery health but it is within the standard Amazon said it would be ( > 80%). And with this phone being in near perfect condition, I would be happy to go spend the money at Apple to get the battery replaced. Overall this was a SOLID UPGRADE from my iphone 13 (not pro) and I'm very pleased with the product I received. I'm not sure why other people received lower than "Excellent" quality phones but I would say that I received what I expected. The description of the phone is very accurate.

Bought Renewed Excellent. The screen and camera lenses are flawless. The back surface of the phone is almost flawless, however, there is a very small scratch that is barely visible. The battery is disappointing. It is exactly 80% with 1295 cycles, the passing minimum. This means that I had to replace it since it is on replacement threshold.

This is my second time getting a refurbished phone from amazon. And this one was even better than the first one I got. Everything works great, it was super easy to transfer from my old phone to this one. The camera quality is great, and I loved the price - it was a deal for sure!

3 out of 5 stars.. The phone itself arrived in excellent condition. There were no visible scratches or damage, the screen looked great, and everything works exactly as it should. It was also properly unlocked as I ordered. The battery health is 87%, which is acceptable. It’s not great, but it’s not bad either, and it’s still usable for everyday use. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because I received the wrong color. I ordered Black Titanium, but the phone I received was Natural Titanium. While this doesn’t affect me that much, it’s still disappointing to receive something different from what was originally ordered. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller. I also don’t feel comfortable going through the return process since I noticed several other reviews mentioning issues with refunds from this seller. If the correct color had been sent, I would have been very satisfied with the purchase.

Had an OLD iPhone 8 Plus and it wasn't doing so well on the battery or iOS updating so I could download newer apps. The NEW phone prices are frightening, so when I found that Amazon had refurbished/renewed phones I started looking to see what was available. Came across this and had around the screen size as the OLD phone, had way better everything! I was able to transfer easily from the OLD phone, everything came over. Besides reentering passwords or minor things like that - everything came over as it was. Since I could get the new iOS, was able to download apps and have more compatibility. The sound and screen are top notch quality and the screen size fits the entire display area. No more home button or top area of wasted space - all screen now. It's an iPhone so it looks sharp and professional. The phone came really fast and was super easy to set-up. Seems like a brand new phone, no visual signs of use, screen is clean and clear, audio is crisp and clear, and the iOS is much better than what I was used to. Couldn't afford to justify spending $ on actual NEW phone and this is the perfect alternative for my needs (probably way more features than I'll be able to figure out, lol). Spending really big bucks just to have the latest/greatest gadget isn't necessary, but keeping up to date is a necessity for modern life today. Thank goodness folks refurb/renew phones for a "new" life - it's just what I was needing to keep up with modern tech.

Recibí mi iPhone 15 Pro reacondicionado premium y llegó en excelente estado. El equipo luce como nuevo, sin ningún detalle estético. Todo funciona perfectamente y vino muy bien empaquetado. La batería llegó con 92% de capacidad, lo cual es totalmente aceptable para un reacondicionado, y hasta ahora el rendimiento ha sido excelente. Se siente rápido, fluido, y confiable desde el primer uso. Sin duda, vale la pena. Una muy buena opción si buscas calidad a un mejor precio. Recomendado al 100%.

Phone is in perfect condition. Was fully reset and unlocked. FaceTime working on it too. Battery life at 94% still and not a scratch on it. Very happy!
