The power in this little handheld tool no larger than an impact wrench is impressive. It’s not the same as a full size leaf blower but close enough. You can adjust the power up and down to 4 different levels with a small button on the front and it will lock with the same mechanism used to change directions on a drill. And for less than the price of a cordless leaf blower, it’s a good deal. The Makita tools last forever, they are super simple to fix even yourself if you are remotely mechanical at all. They have so many built in features to save battery life, use the correct amount of power, protect the user from harm, and protect the tool motor itself from dust or moisture that you’d have a hard time breaking these Makita tools if you made a conscious to be a horrible tool owner.
