Purple dye
Ha ha ha by the time I had took the purple dyed clay off the opal ended up about 8mm . Had to laugh .

Exactly what I was looking for. It's not a huge stone, I knew it wouldn't be. It also is different than the picture showen, but again I expected that I wouldn't get the exact one in the advert photo. I'm happy with what I got for the price, it will be a great stone to start to learn to polish.

Way, way, way beyond expectations for 20 dollars. The colours are vibrant and reflect beautifully in the sunlight. Wasn’t sure what to expect but wow, this was a nice surprise.
