This is a staple in my pantry. I used to just use it to add to soups, then one day I got creative and lined a greased casserole dish with the dry bean threads. I poured spaghetti sauce over the top, added spices, sprinkled parmesan, sliced red peppers and onions - made a cup of creamy mixture and poured it over the top, then added mozzarella to cover the top. Baked at 375 until the top cheese was slightly brown - and my daring experiment was a perfect success. The Three Ladies Vietnamese bean thread was perfectly cooked and delicious!

Tasty and reliable, but if you follow the cooking instructions exactly, you may end up with sad, soggy noodles crying softly in your soup. I learned to keep an eye on the pot and do a quick taste-test to get that perfect bouncy texture. Overall, it gets the job done—and now I feel like a vermicelli whisperer.

These noodles are gluten free, a large amount for the price, and excellent quality. Very versatile and affordable choice. We have made various ramens, pad thai, and definitely prefer it's texture to other brands we have tried.
