Arrived promptly. Seems to be immediately having a positive impact on my energy levels, mental clarity, and sleep quality (I'm in perimenopause, so hallelujah!). Taste is definitely strong, but mixed into a chocolate flavoured protein shake, consumed quickly, the drink just takes on a jaffa flavour that isn't objectionable. Only complaint is the need to 'take with food' as my preference is to take this in the morning, but I struggle to eat in the morning as it makes me feel nauseous.

Complete garbage. Bad taste. Horrible to mix. Stays in clumps with spoon, shaker and frother. Only way to dissolve is in the ninja. Does absolutely nothing. After taking it I started having dry skin on my nose, shoulders and lower back. Ours ring noticed poorer sleep and elevated heart rate for the 3 weeks I took this crap. This stuff is overpriced and useless and very disappointing after watching his documentary and thinking he was legit. This is sawdust snake oil bs. Pointless and useless.

I really enjoyed this drink mix. It has a nice flavor and tastes very refreshing, especially when served cold. It mixes easily with water and is simple to add to my daily routine. I’m really enjoying it!

This bag eats my hand, had to move scoop and powder into different container. Great taste and ever better with tap cold filtered water. Def recommend the frother usb c and waterproof and two layer whisk. First thing to have every morningz the way the bag packaging is slowly growing into “paper cut” fear is irrational but so is the thickness and sharpness of side bag packaging. I am not one to write reviews all that often but this did something pretty incredible for me. Now everyone is a their own unique cocktail so I am not saying it will do the same for you, but this greatly improved my ability to focus and helped with my daily fatigue. I honestly haven't felt this good in years and no I am not just saying that. I think something in here is just what I needed. Maybe I was chronically deficient in something? Idk. Regardless I am not complaining. Downside is that it TASTES TERRIBLE, but the effect and quality of life improvement drown out that issue for me. I would give this a 10 out of 5 if I could. My only fear is that the great effects will taper off. I hope that's not the case, but for now, I am so insanely happy. Seriously thank you.

I ordered this product because it contains five supplements that I take on a daily basis in the same quantities. The taste is not amazing but not terrible and it is extremely easy to mix and take. If you have no issues with it, it is a great mix and dosage of supplements. However, I had digestive issues directly related to the product. I stop taking it for five days to see if that was the issue (problems subsided) and started taking it again (problems came back). Haven’t seen much on digestive problems with it so leaving this comment as a record.
