Causes a VERY slight, temporary, plumping effect to me. You could easily get a much stronger (and pain-free!) effect of making your lips look plumper just by overlining them with liner a little.. but I still love this gloss. It's so, so glossy almost vinyl-looking, and this one (shade: pure plump) is an absolutely stunning, cool-toned, very deep plummy shade (looks a bit deeper actually than my photos which were taken in daylight). Perfect for gothic looks. I used this without liner but it'd look amazing with a darker liner.

Not sticky just a beautiful shine with a little tingle

I love the colour, tingles a lot, including your tongue if you touch your lips, wouldn't say it's works much as a plumper, goes on smooth, but soon comes off like a standard lippy

I'm combining a layer of Too Faced lip plumper in clear under a layer of this NYX Duck Plump in rose shade and the result is a really noticeable plumping. I think Duck Plump is leading with effect but couldn't really say for sure as Too Faced seems minty while Duck Plump is spicy. With both the plumping is really good and putting NYX over the top the colour is s lovely rose pink to finish. Great product.

Lovely colour, but whatever is in it makes my lips sting and if the lipgloss comes off on your glass your then drinking a drink that taste like chili.... I know it's a plumping gloss but the taste and sensation is awful!

This gloss has quickly become a firm favourite for me. Its easy to apply, gives the lips a nice shine, brings out the natural colour of the lips, isn’t sticky or unpleasant to wear and has great staying power. It makes the lips gently tingle and does in fact give a slight plump to them. I use the clear version which has no smell either.

Do not use. Stings lips and the sensation doesn’t go for hours. Feels like lips are on fire!!

Now I have to say, I was not keen on this course at all! I took it on a night out, don’t be surprised that when you try this, it is very very cayenne pepper, chilli, hot, so it does interfere with your cocktails or anything you’re drinking, that didn’t really put me off, but it absolutely absolutely has no plumping effect whatsoever. I can take really spicy food and spice, so this has absolutely had no pimping affect. It was just bloody annoying. The colour was okay I ended up passing it to my best friend. He was out with me that evening and absolutely loved it so it’s horses for courses and this nag didn’t like it!

Me gustó mucho y es interesante el toque picante que altera un poco la consistencia de los labios haciendo el efecto ‘patito’ aunque no tanto como esperaba. Yo tengo labios normales y no me hizo nada llamativo pero es interesante probar y según la sensibilidad se sentirá diferente.

Pour le côté piquant tout dépendra de votre sensibilité. Pour moi c'est une sensation moyenne.

Tient bien un rien trop foncé pour moi

I really like this lip plump. I enjoy the spicy sting on my lips. I used to use Carmex just for the burn. I don’t know if it’s just me but this gloss is actually hydrating. I didn’t have to keep replying. It might be just the color I chose since it’s a clear pink base. I have really pale lips and this gloss gives my lips just the perfect tint of color. It plumps my lips just enough. I’ve used another brand that has chili extract in it and that one was intense, I had to make sure not to lick my lips… lol. But this one has a nice sweetness to it no tingling on my tongue. Great product and size. I feel like this tube will last me awhile cause you really don’t need to put a lot on. The texture of the gloss is like a sticky jelly consistency, but not in a bad way. I will definitely be purchasing more colors. Love it!!
