A large size Pilates ball - which likes to be quite squishy. I like it very much and have three balls - each is different and is useful for different exercises. I recommend it!

Love this ball. Can be used for so many exercises

As expected. Very easy to inflate and includes tube to do so. I just blew it up and put the plastic plug back in. Job done!

Good Price, however it doesn't stay too inflated for long

This product is jut right for Pilates, which is the only exercise I use it for. It’s nice to have my own equipment instead of the likely hood picking up germs from other well use equipment.

It does the job, all this type of exercise ball should be fitted with a valve, most are not, just a plug, this one included, I presume it makes it cheaper to manufacture.
